I recently had a relaxation massage with Jenny, and it was honestly one of the best massages I've had in Brisbane. Jenny was very professional, and I left feeling incredibly relaxed and refreshed.

However, I did have one issue. When I paid for the massage, I wasn’t informed about an additional charge. After returning home, I noticed that I was charged $6 extra on top of the $95 for the massage. Upon checking reviews, it seems this charge was for the oil used, but I wasn’t told about it at the time of payment.

I believe the reception staff should ensure that customers are fully informed about all charges, including additional fees, before completing the payment.

Overall, though, the massage was great, and I would still recommend this place!

I’ve been going for almost 6 months, the team at Massage Suwen are very friendly and polite.

Big thank you to Earn who has been amazing, I’ve been getting a Remedial 75 minute each time. Earn is attentive, asked about my preferences, and focused on my tight shoulders or lower back as requested. She’s firm yet soothing, and I felt significant relief in my back.

After the session, they offered tea or water, which was a nice touch.

Thank you again. I’ll definitely be return and recommend this place to anyone looking for a great massage.

I've been going here for around 6 months now and always a had good massage with Izzy with the free standard oil. However, when I went today for my usual massage. The lady at the front told me they have apparently changed their policy and no longer offer the free standard oil!! She showed me the list and wanted me to pay between $6 - $8 for oil. I'm already paying $100 for a 1hr massage and find it ridiculous that they are now making it compulsory for the customer to be forced to choose a "special oil" which is scented and a ridiculous waste of money. I could buy a whole bottle of oil or heat rub for that money. Honestly don't waste your money and don't be fooled with the oil price. I'll be taking my business else where.

If I could give 10 stars I would! The masseuse I had was amazing and as I stated to the receptionist after my full body massage + reflexology, she needs a pay rise! Absolutely amazing experience and I’m more than satisfied. At the start the receptionist (not the same receptionist after i walked out) was bit rude and felt like she rushed me to pay for something after me simply asking what comes with the total value as I had never had a massage professionally before. But other than that, definitely did not ruin my vibe. Could be just something that particular receptionist could work on is educating in a positive manner.

Nice massage and very friendly staff. It was a nice change to get a mall massage that was actually decent and go for the full time. They were very busy and my booking got pushed back by half an hour but they were very apologetic and offered me a free bottle of massage oil. I would recommend them if your in the area as its convenient and i had a good experience.

I really enjoyed this place, it is very aesthetically pleasing compared to a lot of massage places. I thought it was also cool you can pick what oil you would like for the massage, I had a beautiful young lady called ‘Earn’ she was so lovely and performed a really amazing massage that went for the whole time. My partner also enjoyed his massage aswell. Definitely would recommend 🙂
