Promise a phone call from relevant manager about poor service and the night manager refusal to sort out problem. No phone call was received. A case of brushing it under the carpet.
No response to any issues this seems to be a common practice with less than favourable reviews. Still waiting for a response and manager with a beard could not handle his position. I’ve noticed responses to positive reviews but not a less favourable review.

Great location, friendly staff, clean and tidy although decor is a little tired. Attached to pub but we had no noise issues even on Saturday night. Quick access to range of fast food outlets and bottle shops which was handy too

Had dinner here with my family. Service was great. Food was amazing! Pizza was top notch. My son and husband both loved their burgers.

While in Rocky we thought we would give the Glenmore Tavern a go for lunch. The staff in the restaurant were friendly. However when our fish, chips and salad arrived, the fish looked very dark. It was burnt and was as hard as the table and inedible. I immediately went up complained and asked for our money back. The manager apologised and gave me a refund. The first and last time for us.

Do yourself a favour. Don’t stop to eat here. Service TERRIBLE. Food horrible. Go somewhere else!!!
I actually asked the waitress to say thank you to me when I ordered my meal and she said “yeah!” I should have run at that stage! My meal was nothing what I asked for even clarifying with her what it was!!!! Don’t eat here!!

Went to dinner with an old mate from Adelaide. He wanted to go somewhere and try a Rocky steak and even if the steak wasn't from Rocky it was cooked to perfection and very tasty. I ordered mine with chips and salad, the chips were nice and crispy and golden, cooked in clean oil. The salad was nice and fresh but not a lot, in saying that, it would've been a waste if it were bigger because I was finding it hard to finish everything on my plate. I would definitely recommend going there. Unfortunately I was too busy chin wagging and forgot to get a photo so you'll have to take my word for it😁

Friendly team and large sized room and bathroom. A little dated but well maintained. Very good location with access the everything you need.
