I have been attending this salon for a very long time and have always been happy with the end result. They have recently changed hands and I had the absolute pleasure of chatting to the owner's son on the weekend.
The lovely experience reminded me to get around to writing this review, one that I've been meaning to do for ages.

It's nice to support a local business that does an amazing job every time and that are just beautiful people. I would highly recommend getting your nails done here.

i am so happy, tram did a beautiful job of my nails. i came in with an inspiration photo that i knew would be hard to replicate and she did better than i could have ever hoped and had amazing service, will defo be coming back

She had me convinced these nails were straight, tilting my hand and insisting, they looked fine She brushed off my concerns with quick excuses and kept me distracted with small talk. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, and she offered me a cheaper option, promising it would look the same. I told her I didn’t mind how she did it as long as it matched the picture. Halfway through, the nails were bulky, uneven, and nothing like what I asked for. On top of that, she glued my skin to the nail multiple times and hurt me trying to fix her mistakes. I ended up switching to all white just to salvage something, and even then, they look like $5 press-ons from Kmart.

What a lovely experience,. I had acrylic removal and new set put on plus a pedicure too. Very comfortable and the technicians are so kind and attentive. Thank you 🙏🏼💕

I am always pleased with their service, most nail technicians sigh or grunt when I request specific stuff but not these guys! Magic nails always feel like a luxury, they make me feel more than comfortable asking for specific things so 10/10.

Nail art & quality is also exceptional, I get very long nails and they last me up to a month before one nail starts getting loose.

This place will always be my favourite salon and I cannot recommend it enough!

Still in pain after getting refills a week ago. Skin sanded back to raw, after it took 2.5 hours to do a simple refill. Owner ( man ) took 30 mins and had to be redo by lady, so more sanding of nails- which damaged skin all around the nail. Lady technician, Maria, had me cry out in pain as she dug her own sharp knife edge nails into my skin around nail bed. Caused skin to open and bleed on little finger. Male owner put household disinfectant on it which stung for hours after I was home. Big chunk of polish came off before I got home.
Embarrassed to sit in a locked up shop at 6pm as owner and staff waited outside the doors, while Maria added another 20 minutes to give me free decorations on4 nails that I did not want.
Left there upset and in pain and paid for their terrible service. They should not be in business. Don’t think they will be for long. The lady beside me was diabetic and was there so long without food, she needed a lolly to be place in her mouth and she left without getting her feet done. They were down one staff member that day but instead of saying that the man told me to come back in 10-15 minutes. I expected to be 45 minutes, after that... not two and a half hours.
Disgusting.
