Left here feeling more disappointed than relaxed. The lady who massaged me did a wonderful job however I got a 60 min oil massage. Most of it and the oil was done on my back, my arms got not even 5 mins, only the back of my legs (thighs and calf) were done and my scalp.
I was so looking forward to a massage also so I felt quite let down. Will not return to this store.

'Peter' clearly had no idea, zero technique, had to stop. When asked questions about how long he'd been qualified or experienced for was just offered a refund. Walked out worse than I walked in 🙁

My friend took me here for a relaxing 30 minute head and shoulder massage. We were taken to the back of the building seated on uncomfortable plastic chairs and the man who came to do my massage did not speak to me at all. The massage was extremely rough and uncomfortable the worse one I've ever had. If I could give it zero stars I would. I have aniexty and this was suppose to be relaxing, the entire 30 minutes the lady and man workers talked non stop in there own language.
And despite telling the man 3 times he was hurting me he didn't not listen and contuined to massage very hard and rough.
Would never return here again.
And now have serve pain in my back.

Great team and amazing service! I came thursday afternoon after visiting a physio. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist but more importantly, my massage experience from Anne was incredible.

PS: I am the one who said Anne should be a Doctor as she is well-versed in her craft. I left so much happier. Keep up the good work. 🙂

A big thank you to Anne for my amazing massage today. I walked in feeling a bit worse for wear, and after a one hour remedial massage all the muscles in my neck, back and shoulders felt fantastic. Anne took the time to find out what I needed worked on, and was very knowledgeable at her craft. I highly recommend Anne to anyone with sore, aching, tight muscles - she has magic hands!!

I had a 30 min neck and shoulder massage with Elsa, she constantly checked to make sure the pressure was OK and that I was comfortable. I paid extra for Chinese deep heat & lemon oils to be used and that was worth the extra couple of dollars.
I also walked away buying a tub of the Chinese deep heat as I really liked it. I didn't have an appointment, I was able to just walk in which suited my sore shoulders very much. I'll definitely be back, it was just what I was needed.
Thank you Elsa 😁🙌

Called & booked for a 1 hour reflexology massage. Arrived and was asked if I had a private health to which I said yes and presented my card. The gentleman tapped and printed a receipt and I was told to pay the gap. All standard, as I get treatment about once/twice a month from another place but they were fully booked today.

Massage was good. The lady was professional and polite. I had no issues here. However my massage started at 10:20am after I had been soaking from about 10:10am (my water had started to go cold) and finished (including the whole wipes and clean up) at 10:52am (I remember checking the time specifically as I was confused) Puzzled, I asked the lady how long my appointment was for. She said 40 mins. I immediately stated I had booked for 1 hour and asked to speak to the manager who was the gentleman who served my at the start and who I spoke to on the phone.

He said he only charged me for 40 mins and that I should have checked the gap receipt (which by the way only says how much you’re charged and how much my health provider pays towards the treatment). I have never checked or disputed a charge — I just pay my gap and walk in. Disappointed, I had mentioned that I had called and requested a 1 hour massage. He was also the person I spoke to and I felt genuinely disappointed and honestly some what ripped off. After soaking for so long, I had only received about 30 mins of actual treatment on top of not getting my requested time. He showed no care in the world for what I had mentioned & walked to grab a card that mentioned their pricing etc. and said again he had only charged me for 40 mins. He then said for an additional 20 minutes I would need to pay $25 + use my private health again. Irritated by this point as he had not taken accountability for mucking up the appointment times, I declined.

I believe management need to be more transparent and honest. Not impressed at all and will not be returning.
