We stayed here for one night recently, in a standard studio unit. It was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We had a few hours after we arrived to use the water park and pool, which the kids loved. The water park and pool is on the older and smaller side, but was still a great time. We would definitely stay here again.

We recently stayed here and were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a 3-bedroom apartment (we travelled for a funeral so it was a welcomed surprise). The apartment was clean and spacious and provided all of the necessary facilities. Our children loved the water park (it is the reason we booked this accommodation) and we look forward to staying again next month.

We stayed in this wonderful park for just one night, but we had a great time! The park is clean and well-maintained. There is plenty of space for parking caravans and motorhomes. Everything is well thought out. The laundry and facilities are in excellent condition. The staff is very friendly. We didn't expect to enjoy this park so much! I definitely recommend it.

Over the last 4 years I've spent almost an entire year at Discovery Parks Rockhampton. Staff have always been fantastic and whenever something has been needed they've been happy to help.
Rooms have been great. The studio rooms are good for singles or a couple. There is a stove and microwave and while you won't be cooking a gourmet meal you'll be able to cook just fine.
The deluxe cabins are a step up with a separate room for kids to sleep and better cooking options.
Their small motel style rooms are fine for a night or two or if you're on a budget, but not the most comfortable.
Water Park is open 7 days and kids will love it. These last school holidays the park put on a petting zoo, blocked off road areas for pavement drawing, had a tennis competition.
If you're near the main road it can be noisy as Rocky locals seem to think it's a drag strip. We've also had instances of people jumping the fence trying to steal things. It was reported to park management and police and the park is installing new fencing, cameras, lighting and upgrading security on the cabins. Staff and management really do help a lot.

Thank you for the stay, the wifi coverage was unfortunately not that great - you will need to keep close to reception to keep your connection. Great waterpark/pool, games room could be doing with a few more tabletop games. Happy with our accomodation.

Don't bother coming here if you have kids. The locals come and use all the facilities that you initially drew you to the park. My kids were unable to use the pools, games room, water splash park due to the ammount of locals harbouring the joint. Why pay good money to stay some where when anyone can use and abuse.

We are a big family in a 4 bunk caravan, and the staff were amazing. Lovely ladies on the front counter, super friendly, the water park was awesome, kids had a blast. We stayed on ensuite site which was nice, clean and roomy sites. Definitely be back again!
