I have been seeing Kellie for Chiropractic care for about 28years. She is fantastic! I couldn’t recommend a better Chiropractor!
The staff at the front desk are always lovely and welcoming and happy to help with any questions you have. There is also a huge range of health options here! Highly recommended!!

My husband and I have been going to Springwood Wellness for over 30 years now. John Conway Campbell has been our chiropractor for a long time now maybe 20 of those years and we have been extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend. The girls in the office also make attending our appointments very pleasant. They always have a friendly, welcoming smile.

Very confusing booking system, I wanted to book for acupuncture consultation , I clicked on the free 15 minutes consultation and received a confirmation email saying that "your first consultation booked at 3:30pm. But when I went there and see the acupuncturist, she did the consultation with me and ask me lie down for the treatment, I was shocked and she told me that I booked for 1 hour treatment. I'm not ready yet and I got to rush to work, but the acupuncturist just keep asking me how and pressuring me and put me in the no choice situation. Even though she knew I'm in rush, she still do the treatment, and less than half an hour, I got to pay $100 for that. I told them it's not even an hour, but I still have to pay in full.

It's fine if I feel better, but my neck sore even worse the next day, and after the treatment, my runny nose non stop (she said I have bad sinus and put needles around my nose even though I just wanted to settle my neck tension problem) and couldn't sleep one whole night.

What an unhappy experience for me, I will never recommend this place to anyone and of course, I'm not going back. And yes, I really feel the dishonest for overcharged. And bear in mind, if you book free 15 minutes consultation, must check clearly, the email you receive should stated "free 15 minutes consultation booked "🙄

Anyway, receptionist is friendly.

Woo is honestly one of the most unique physios I've come across. His way of tackling my pain feels almost out of this world. He's been spot-on in sorting out my shoulder issues, always being super careful about not making things worse. Plus, he's just a really kind and professional guy. Totally recommend him!

Also, thanks so much for looking after my daughter as well. She's now perfectly back to rhythmic gymnastics and no pains. His care extended beyond just my concerns, and that meant a lot.

The clinic at Springwood was so clean, and the friendly staff welcomed us warmly. It created a comfortable environment that added to the positive experience.

Great place! Staff all very friendly, good vibe, I've been getting treatment from the Physio (Woo) for 2 months now, twice a week with Fantastic results! Highly recommend this wellness centre to anyone as I have also had treatment from chiropractor there several yrs ago with Outstanding results and not needed to go back.
