I've had 2 acupuncture treatments at spring and they have been the most relaxing and feel good experiences so far, the atmosphere is warm and inviting the staff I've met so far are kind and lovely, Leigh has been looking after me and she has the best advice and such a warm heart. I have recently started going to Spring after having multiple tests and scans done through my regular GP and being told everything is “normal”, yet I don’t feel “normal”! Since going and having Philippa work her magic, I already feel 100x better in just two sessions! At the end of 2023, I was lost. Having suffered a miscarriage, after a struggle to get pregnant for some time, I felt completely drained. A friend recommended Spring. I had heard of acupuncture and naturopath, but had never thought about using it myself. I went in and met the most lovely staff member, Philippa. The first session there were so many tears with a release of so many emotions (and plenty more tears throughout my journey). Every week I looked forward to my appointment, it became the highlight of my week. I learnt so much about my body and my mental state and how I could make simple changes like reading a book before bed (although probably not the relaxing books Philippa had in mind when you love a good thrill book), and eating certain foods (hello diet overall). In March, we finally got our miracle and fell pregnant. I continued seeing Philippa. Pregnancy after loss is hard, and it's not spoken about enough. In November 2024, our bub arrived early and spent some weeks in special care. I was initially told I would not be able to fall pregnant naturally by a fertility specialist, but Philippa proved them wrong. Philippa helped me achieve my dream of becoming a mama and I recommend Spring to everyone I talk to!

I have seen the inside of a few clinics and this one is not only visually appealing but, more importantly it’s energetically like a warm hug. I feel cared for the moment I step into it. I loved my esoteric acupuncture session. I loved the community acupuncture circle I joined and I really loved the Full Moon circles I attended with Jess. For me it is well worth the drive across the river!

A big thank you to Ash for his care whilst I was undertaking pre natal acupuncture. He was informative, kind, friendly and although I was in a lot of pain toward the end of my pregnancy, I enjoyed my sessions here. I do think the acupuncture were a contributing factor to my spontaneous, smooth labour and positive delivery of baby. Can’t thank Ash enough!

Philippa has been an amazing help to my postpartum recovery. We have focused mainly on acupuncture but also meditation and hypnosis. Today I had the pleasure of seeing Ash who was also incredible, I left feeling 100 times better and can tell the treatment is working. Rachel has been amazing! Acupuncture was unbelievably helpful for me in my first trimester. I always felt supported and I was always provided amazing advice and information that I could not source elsewhere.

I came to Spring after years of trying to fall pregnant and two failed IVF transfers. After doctors had told me everything was 'normal' and I had unexplained infertility, I knew I had to try something different. After an initial consult with Alice, I had leant so much more than any doctor specialising in the field had told me. I now had something to work on and weekly sessions with Alice was amazing. After only 6 weeks I had fallen pregnant and continued my treatment through to full term. It was always such a relaxing safe space to visit, and all the ladies were wonderful. I now have an 18-month-old boy who I adore, and I know it wouldn't have been possible without the treatment I received at Spring.
