Great seats , easy to access tickets from the machine no line waiting, Wow! Mint choc top $7 ouch! But it was very very delicious , Large popcorn was a mega box full yum lots of seating, clean, spacious very nice experience 😊

Only 3 of us at Bridget Jones movie. They need to drop the price senior $18 for V max olif they want more customers. 1 staff member doing everything. No problem with the service

Went gold class, was good experience except for the sliders, they weren't hot and fresh, spent a fortune on the sliders and sweet potato fries. Fries were good but will never order your food again. Over price and bad quality

Very outdated. Faint vomit smells throughout the Cineplex. Bathrooms are pretty gross every time we visit. Automated ticket scanner didn't work for us so had to wait in line, which I'm happy to do except extra employees came out of the back and were on their phones, laughing and chatting for a couple minutes before turning their attention to the customers. Prices are astronomical.

Went to the cinema tonight with my husband to watch Mufasa. We checked online and saw the latest session was 9:30pm, so we came to the cinemas and it was closed There were some seats taken for that session too when checked online & when we arrived it was closed. I’m very confused and have never experienced this before with any cinemas. Why put a session up and then close the cinemas?

Event Cinemas Loganholme have obliterated my lifelong formula of frequenting the cinema that is geographically closest to home. While they are en route from work to home (a welcome and convenient “stop-in”) they are, in fact, the extra mile from my doormat to theirs; but they are my first choice of cinema, every time. I could rave about the choice of film products, quality of film exhibition, competitive pricing, and presentation of the cinema (all top notch!), but the customer service team are the beating heart here. A special call-out to the Gold Class professionals who go above and beyond to make one’s experience, exceptional. Great food, beverages and lounging options, with many a treat for the cinema-goer.. Take time out to visit these folks, an undeniable gem in the City of Logan. Thank you for enriching this cinephile’s day, every time without fail.

Been going here for years, and honestly? The slightly higher cost is worth it. Gold Class isn't, though. The screen is tiny by comparison and the sound system is mediocre. VMax is the best way to go. Big screen, big sound, big bass.
HOWEVER.
You wanna change session or time? You will be charged for it, despite their own website saying it's free or refunded if a price difference.
