I regularly get catering from Supernatural for events and they have always been super reliable and delicious. This week we had two larger events and Angela and her team were outstanding! We had such wonderful feedback about the food - the team at Supernatural really made the catering for our events so easy! There is such a great variety of food on their menu and they go above and beyond to cater for specific dietary requirements. Exceptional!! Thanks Supernatural!!

over the last couple of weeks i have spent plenty of time at the hospital and I have really enjoyed the food, coffee and service at the cafe. I think the sausage rolls are the best. The ladies, well what can I say, some of the other customers they deal with are very rude. i understand that people at the hospital could be having the worst day of their life but the ladies in the cafe aren't their punching bags. To their credit they mostly take it on the chin but i'm sure its very hard. keep smiling ladies you are all doing a great job and i appreciate what you guys do for me.

Service from the lady with long dark hair worn in a bun, was shocking! I thought someone called my name so grabbed what I thought was my iced coffee only to be yelled at for everyone to hear. When my coffee was ready, I expressed to her my embarrassment only to be mocked. I dined in and overheard her telling other staff what was said and the laughter was unprofessional! Im not local but had made my way to town to support my mother with cancer the day before her birthday. Lady, your customer service is awful!

i have some dietary requirements so i often order a custom sandwich that they have to make specifically for me and the girls are always super nice and go out of their way for me!

Cappuccino was more frothy than creamy. Carrot cake was decent. Back again today, banana bread was good soy cappuccino looked like weak tea!

All the staff are lovely. But today had a lady serve me, she ordered me a Chia Latte when I asked for a Detox juice and was to busy trying to talk to the girl next to her.
Whilst waiting and waiting before I asked about juice !!!! NO JUICE!!!!!!!!
