What a beautiful property and such a delightful experience!
We loved the place, especially huge pools across all the apartments. The place was clean, very well maintained and kitchen was fully stocked. We stayed in a three bedroom apartment- two floors, had direct access to the pool from our house, and it was very well organised and communicated. The check in process was very simple even with late check out, and we had an option to charge Tesla in the parking lot.
Awesome experience overall. Thoroughly enjoyed and highly recommended!

Stayed in the two bedroom without pool access. Very clean. Great facilities and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Next time, I would prefer to pay extra for the pool access rooms. Although the pool is great and still had a very good time during the 7 nights we stayed. Very close to number of attractions and experiences too!

What a wonderful stay! We stayed in a 2 bedroom swim out room, we were in room 69 which was second but one to the end of the pool, it felt like we had a private pool! Our children (9&5) spent all their time in the pool with us watching from the balcony/living room. It was perfect! The room was clean and well equipped. The washing machine was vital as we were stayed in the middle of a long trip. Reception were externally helpful. We didn’t want to leave!

The service received by Heather and Bridgette was amazing. The set up of the resort and rooms was fabulous. The location is out of town, so very quiet. There was undercover parking was fabulous. If you want to easily walk into the restaurants and shops, look closer in town. If you want total relaxation and amazing staff to look after you, this is your place!

Stayed here with family and we will be back ❤️ The grounds are beautiful. Plenty of space in the communal pools and our unit ( 3 bedroom) had its own private plunge pool which was our saving grace as it can get hot.
Both ladies at check in and check out, we're lovely and informative. The unit had everything we needed incl. Wifi, washer & dryer, dishwasher etc. Highly recommend!

We ended up booking Pool after first staying one night at a badly kept Apartment with a noisey fan on 24/7 that the manager couldn’t stop, he refunded our money for the following five nights. We found Pool about 5k from central Port Douglas but we had a rental car so the ten minute drive didn’t matter. Our apartment was fabulous with a view over the huge pool. Excellent restaurant about 200 meters away for all three meals. Pool is heated to 26 degrees in July. Place is great will be back. We are in the accommodation business and were delighted.

Stayed in a 3 bedroom with a plunge pool and we loved it. The big lagoon pool was amazing, the rooms were very comfortable and had everything you need, the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again for as long as I could.

We stayed in a 3 bed villa with private plunge pool and cannot fault the experience from start to finish! Easy check-in and out. The friendliest receptionist we have ever met at a resort. The villa was huge, spotless and so peaceful. Super simple parking too.
