Spacious, very clean and well appointed - everything you need - lovely big balcony, quite private, close to the action but not noisy, comfortable bed, Did i say super clean? Bathroom was spacious and CLEAN, we barely used the pool but it was there for the taking, all in all we had a fabulous time. We will be back.

Twin Quays is a great place to stay. It is well located being only steps to the river. The property managers are amazing and the best I have encountered world wide. They are helpful, accommodating and friendly. If you are a Bluey fan Episode Piggyback features the beautiful Noosa River and the first shot is inspired by the Twin Quays rood line!

OMG, we could happily live here, it’s perfect! Fabulous apartment - spacious, light & bright, modern, stylish beach decor, lovely big balcony. Short walk to river esplanade and lots of lovely restaurants and shops. Carpark is on ground level, the apartments are above on L2 & L3 (stairs only, no lifts). Very good security. Very comfy bed, large wardrobe with shelving. Laundry with front loader, dryer, sink, clothes horse, even pegs!! Nice sized kitchen, perfect for long stays. Two very comfy large couches and a coffee table. large dining table & 6 chairs. Large shower, plenty of bathroom storage. No facewashers, toiletries or tissues provided, BYO. Balcony has a table & 2 chairs. Large TV. The sunshine in the morning is beautiful!

We loved our stay at Twin Quays! My partner and I stayed in one of the studios and it was the perfect size for the 2 of us. The studio had an ensuite, small kitchen & balcony which was all we needed. All of the staff were lovely & very helpful. These apartments are in a perfect spot and in walking distance to lots of cafes, restaurants, bus stops & walking trails. Cannot fault our stay, we will definitely be back in the future!

Solo vacationer. Stayed 5 nights in May in a Studio Apartment. Bec & Tim were superb hosts - friendly and helpful. Room was cozy, clean, had comfortable bed, table & chairs, and good amenities. Many covered parking spots. 3km to Noosa Beach and Noosa Junction. Short walk to Noosa River. Plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and cafes nearby.

An excellent holiday apartment complex, beautifully maintained and well run. Bec the owner/manager was a delight to book and deal with. Pleasant garden views, in a quiet side street in Noosaville but only 150 metres from Gympie Terrace, the river and great restaurants. There are studios available but for a longer stay we booked a one bedroom apartment. The apartment was absolutely immaculate, well equipped and like brand new. The garden areas are immaculate too. We’ve had some not so great experiences with other establishments with a motley array of glasses, mugs etc. But not at Twin Quays where everything was just great. We’ll definitely be back again!

Highly recommended. Location is fantastic! Our 1 bedroom apartment had everything we needed with loads of 'homey' extras. Very comfortable, clean and beautiful decor. Early check-in was great-thank you ! We are definately looking forward to our next 'getaway' stay.
