Stayed overnight during the Xmas period . Great base for Hastings street and beach. There is no pool but beach across the road. Rooms are clean and very comfortable as well as quiet. Bathroom small but shower pressure great. Small balcony and coffee and tea facilities. They have car parking facilitates which is a bonus for Xmas period. Could leave my suitcase as arrived early and the guys at cafe were really helpful . Great place if you want to a base to go to the beach and explore

First impression when I walked in was cute and cosy but later on when I took my shoes off the floor felt sandy and unclean. The pillow case smelt like sweat ..not even sure if they cleaned the bed sheet. The whole night I was so uncomfortable, felt that the bed was so disgusting. The aircon was making a very loud noise every two minute , literally kept me up all night.
Bathroom was really small which is fine it’s very clean.
Couldn’t find the username of the wifi, messaged the person who messaged me about check in and told me I can message her if I have any question never reply. So I ended up didn’t even find the wifi connection.

I have a booking here from March 8th to 12th, but with Cyclone Alfred predicted to hit on March 8th, traveling from Melbourne to Noosa has become impossible. Airlines are canceling flights, the area is under severe weather warnings, yet this hotel refuses to offer a refund.

Any reputable hotel would understand that a natural disaster is beyond a traveler’s control. Instead, they’ve chosen to pocket my money.

They’ve offered a reschedule, but popping by Noosa isn’t exactly a spur-of-the-moment thing. My friends who booked at the Sofitel around the corner all received a refund.

I highly recommend avoiding this place unless you want to risk losing your money over circumstances beyond your control. Customer service is nonexistent, and their contact number is disconnected, so you can’t even call them

The check in process is poor. We did not receive any check in instructions. No one answered the phone number posted. We are traveling from Canada so we do not use what’s app. Our details were sent there. Lucky for us another couple arrived and they had the check in information for the lock box.||The location is great and we paid extra for the parking . The room was basic, but dirty, the bed linens were stained and its in need of a new mattress. ||Would not stay there again.

Location great but the rooms are pretty basic. Feels very beachy which is apt but when the tv has about 7 tv channels and the mattress is a little lumpy, the shower head is knackered, the shower door doesn't have a stopper and easily clanks on shower. The room is rather noisy. Service was a text for key code, can't say more than that.

BUT. The location really is at the heart of everything - cant get closer!!! the beach is a stones throw and the price is low!

The location is excellent. Prebook parking so you can forget the car parking problems in Noosa. The motel is excellent value. However, there are downsides. Our room badly needed a deep clean. Superficially it was okay. The en-suite was very cramped to the point it was difficult to use. Storage space was lacking and a small table would have been welcome. The TV only worked intermittently and had to be turned on by a switch on the back of the set, not the remote. Most of the controls on the remote did not work either. The cafe was pretty good and again, good value. This was our second visit but it will be our last. A good budget solution though.

Great location, good motel, great coffee, lovely live music. Beach is right there across Hastings street and down a sweet pathway. |Staff at the coffee shop restaurant were very friendly. Parking was fine overnight. Recommend reserving parking if staying longer

The position is fantastic being right on Hastings St. The parking at $20 per day is so convenient. The unit was much better than we thought it would be, it was very clean and had all that we needed. The only negative was, that it was difficult to communicate through Bookings.com, next time I would book directly. Overall, much better than our expectations!
