Great venue! After reading all the negative reviews, I was pleasantly surprised. Easy entry into plentiful carparking. Easy pay, friendly attendants and very close to entry gates. Short walk into venue. Outside seating and food/drink venues whilst waiting for event. Be early if you want a table. Sharing is ok too as meet like minded peeps. Sky Lounge is fabulous place to watch support act and enjoy delicious food and Champers. I was lucky to have a seat near the stage, great lighting/acoustics/visuals. Good views from most seats at the venue. Not too cramped. Clean facilities and helpful staff.

A decent venue for a show or performance. Not really a bad seat in the house.
Food and drink prices are unholy, but the additional of the RACQ members area provides a nice reprieve from the masses who wait, sitting on the floor at the gate doors.

First time at the BEC. The food and drink offering was standard fare for a concert. The venue seating was generally comfortable, if only a bit tight for people to pass by getting to their seats. The venue is incredible for concerts, I don’t think there would be a bad seat in the house.

As someone who has worked in a much bigger stadium, this place is awesome! Enough toilets, not too big so even if you sit high up you are still pretty close and yeah just really enjoy it coming here for a concert

Came here for Bryan Adams Concert over a week ago. Excellent venue for such events. Totally stress free for driving to and from, as well as parking. Plenty of food choices, restaurants and food stands.

It's such a great venue with ample parking (at a fee) great food and plenty of seating. I have been multiple times for different shows, including Disney on Ice, Monster Mania monster truck show, and the latest was Iron Maiden. Absolute epic concert with Killswitch Engage kicking it off.

I’ve been going to concerts at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre at least twice a year for the past 8 years plus, and each time the experience has been fantastic. The staff are always friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Parking is easy to get in and out of, and while some people complain about the post-event traffic, it’s virtually impossible to avoid delays when so many patrons are leaving at once—it's handled as efficiently as possible.

The venue itself is always well-maintained, making it a pleasant place to enjoy a show. My only minor issue was with the AMEX lounge. It felt quite small and crowded, especially when I went to see Kylie Minogue. I guess AMEX cardholders LOVE Kylie! Despite the size, the food and service in the lounge were great, though a bit overpriced (which is expected at arenas and stadiums). Overall, it's always a great experience, and I’ll definitely keep coming back.
