Very clean and well presented beauty salon. Reasonably priced. Didn't have to wait long. I was hoping to have indian head massage as advertised but they couldn't do it for some peculiar reason as there was only one other customer in the salon when I arrived. But managed to have the brow tint. Quite happy with the service.

I have been a loyal customer for the last couple of years. The 2 main ladies and the tall lady with curly hair have always done a beautiful job with my brow threading. Today, I had the younger new lady and I’ve had her one or twice beforehand, where both times she had made one eyebrow uneven but I let it go. But this time, she had completely gotten rid of the tail of my one of my brows and it looks completely uneven (see photo). I didn’t want to make a scene in store as other customers were there, but when I got home I noticed even more how incredibly uneven they were and to be honest I’m quite upset, considering I paid full price.

I rated this place 5 star previously because the 2 ladies were adaptable with timings, able to get you in last minute if they could, quick, lovely personalities and the quality was great.

Ever since they hired the younger lady my eyebrow when threaded aren't as sharp or good quality as they are if I get it done from the 2 main ladies.Even if I give feedback she looks at me like I'm wrong.

Another interaction was when I went in at 1635 and the new girl had a client getting her brows threaded.

She told me they're closed and come tomorrow. When the sign and Google says 5pm.

This was my regular for nearly 3 years and now I will have to change.

Great lashes and the staff was very nice with their customers. Hands are very light and barely felt them and the background music was so relaxing that fall me into sleep during my extension process. I loved that place and will come back surely🥰.

I had a facial appointment here yesterday. Staff catered me very well and professionally especially Jagjeet.
