Had a wonderful experience here. Had taken the 45 minute neck back and shoulder massage. Lisa did a great job and I could feel an improvement with my sore muscles. Very welcoming staff at the reception as well. Highly recommend 😊

I have been coming to massage indulgence for many years and have not had one bad massage.
I have requested Anjo the last couple of massages and she is simply amazing at what she does in targeting the problem areas I have, without having to specifically point them out to her. I give her an idea of where it hurts and she works on targeting and where the pain is stemming from , she knows her stuff so well!!

I’m currently 8 months pregnant & had the pleasure of having Lisa as my massage therapist. She was sure to keep checking in on me with comfort & did an amazing job relieving a lot of pain I had in my hips.

The receptionist was also super lovey, he had me seated immediately & went the extra mile to walk all paper work & payment details over to me.

An amazing relaxing place, will definitely be booking here again !

I asked for 30 minutes neck & shoulder, which cost me 55 AUD. The massage itself was very average: the lady masseur was all over the place, not working through problematic spots. Sometimes she would spent 20 seconds massaging a single spot which was quite painful (I asked to go easier once, didn't help much).

Just on its own this wouldn've been enough for me to leave review, but what was the last straw is that the massage itself went for 23 minutes instead of 30 minutes I paid 55 AUD for !

I understand that this is most likely an issue of that particular masseur and not the place itself, but nevertheless my experience today was quite disappointing.

I have been attending this massage parlour for years now on a frequent basis. My go to is a Neck Head and Shoulder massage as I suffer migraines and neck issues. I also frequent reflexology and full body massages and have seen many different masseuse never ever have I had a bad massage. I would thoroughly recommend .

I have been a long time customer with Massage Indugence Taigum. Whenever I booked an appointment, whether half an hour or two, it was always an absolute relaxation, 100% 😊😊😊

Came in the other day for a chair massage, the guy at the front was really friendly so I felt good. I sat on the chair inside for the massage as he went to get someone, I turned around and saw a lady with a towel come out, I smiled at her but she ignored me and had the most sour look on her face. She went to the front and so I turned back around and already knew the massage wasn’t going to be great. Someone came and started doing my massage, didn’t say Hello or anything so I had no idea if it was that lady or someone else. The massage was really half-arsed and without much thought. The whole time I regretted coming in, it felt so negative. Eventually they finished and said “All done”, I turned around to say “Thank you” but they had already walked off so I didn’t even see who it was lol I was left to open the screen door myself and leave. Maybe opening that is the customer’s responsibility, who knows.

Overall, I just had a bad experience and it was my birthday to boot so put a damper on my whole day. Even a bad massage can be saved if the person doing it is at least friendly. I’ve generally had a good experience coming in here but after yesterday, I won’t be coming back.
