Great communication from staff. Prompt reply to Facebook message and was able to fit me in for a full body massage on the same day. The masseuse was very pleasant and checked in with preferred pressure and made sure it was sufficient. I requested a firm massage and she was the perfect combination of pressure without leaving me feeling broken when I left. I would go back, the massage was great and covered all my problem areas.

Just walked out after the rudest woman I’ve ever encountered in customer service. Greeted at the locked door like I was scum and a huge inconvenience. The woman was clearly having a bad day. Told me there would be a $2 fee for paying eftpos, she just added $2 on. Directed me to the room. I have never been treated so coldly by a massage therapist. I asked if she was doing the massage. She said yes is there a problem? I said actually I’d like a refund. I did not want to spend $91 on an hour with this unpleasant woman. She gave me a cash refund.
Response to owner- I did contact you to let you know it was nothing to do with a $2 surcharge.You don’t want to acknowledge the real problem here. I didn’t walk out over $2. It was the way the therapist treated me from the moment I got there. That woman should not be in a customer service role if she hates her customers. I hope the owner of the business reads this. Absolutely disgraceful.
