Tim and Jeng at BodiBalance in Nundah have created a little haven in their space, tucked behind the main Nundah village and food precinct, on Chapel street. Love the decor and the energy of the place, I walked in an instantly felt welcome and relaxed.

I went there to experience my first Shiatsu treatment ever, and it was so healing. It reminded me greatly of the traditional Thai massage and the Polynesian floor work I've trained in, but along with the compression work, Jeng used a moxa device to heat certain areas which felt absolutely amazing - I normally enjoy heat but this was slightly different and so much better than a normal heat pack. She worked in essential oil and essence sprays as well. Jeng has a lovely earthy energy and I especially enjoyed the way she talked through the breathwork during the treatment.

I decided to try Shiatsu as my first treatment during recovery from major multiple pulmonary embolisms - or blood clots in the lungs. When I went to see Jeng I was a couple of weeks on blood thinners but still having discomfort with deep breath. During her treatment was the first time in two weeks I felt like I could breath fully without inhibition or discomfort. What a gift breath is! Thank you Jeng!

I was walking past the Bodi Balance sign last week as I came out of the post office and thought I would give them a call to see on the off chance they might have an appointment. I had pain all over and hadn't been sleeping well. I was in a mess. I knew it was short notice but asked if they had any appointments and to my delight they had an opening at that exact time! Tim was excellent, he helped relieve so much of my tension with a remedial massage mixed with hot stones. It was perfect. And the clinic was clean and well presented. I was so impressed, and ever so grateful Tim happened to be free to help me through my physical struggle. Thank you so much Tim. I look forward to coming back, and also keen to check out some of the other modalities you guys have there. 10/10 Highly recommend.

Excellent local business. I got a relaxation massage with the hot oil. Tim was very helpful with understanding what I needed and his technique was very good. I particularly enjoyed the massive heat pack he placed on my back whilst he massaged my legs. The pressure was perfect of his massage too. Afterwards my body felt more aligned and my posture better. He also gave me some advice and tips to help me. Very nice clean and inviting rooms too. Thoroughly recommend Bodi balance.

I was able to book in on short notice for a treatment with Tim. He showed a deep understanding of the body and provide a satisfactory treatment. Should I required further remedial massage, I will be returning to Bodi and would recommend it to people on the northside.
