Just went for my first massage this morning for a very stiff neck and shoulders, and will definitely be coming back! Sam did wonders to loosen me up a good portion of the way in a short time. She is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced, and encourages open communication about pain and discomfort. She also gave suggestions for morning preventative exercises. I had my first visit to Sam for a remedial massage last week. She was absolutely amazing, kind and professional. She intuitively found sore spots that I couldn't pinpoint myself. I left feeling so much better and will definitely book again. Sam even spent time after the massage showing me some stretches that would help with my stiffness.

Went there after having a neck pain flare up. She spent time asking me questions and constantly checked in on me if it was hurting. After an initial assessment she recommended a deep tissue massage. 1.5 hours later I am feeling very relaxed and I can move my neck again. It's nice to find someone who understands the connectedness of the whole body and not just to treat the bit that hurts. Additionally she's sent me home with exercises to do to avoid it happening in the future.
