We found Aruba Beach resort a great place to stay at. It is a bit older than some of the places around it but the apartment was very spacious. Only gave the room 4 star because it was a bit older but it is still a great place to stay at and the age of the place was never an issue for us . We had a 2 bedroom apartment on the top floor. There were quite a few steps to go up and no lift but we didn't find this a problem. Maybe for someone quite old it would be an issue although we are not young. The location was amazing and Aruba was probably a third of the price of some of the apartments around it. The gentleman at the front desk was lovely and the pool and grounds were very well maintained . We would definitely go back to stay again.

Location is great easy walk to the beach restaurants and shops.
The whole resort is in need of a redo.
Our apartment needed a thorough clean.
The bathroom shower is difficult to access with a high step up and the bath itself needed resurfacing.

While parking is provided its awkward to access.
For a cheap getaway it's fine but don't expect a "resort "

I was disgusted with a staff when I talked to him on the phone peior to our visit to Gold Coast.
I was going to check something out, he said he couldn't find our names in booking list, I asked him to check it, he just repeated what he said and hang up.
I found out it was my mistake and we booked another Aruba Resort a few blocks away but it was a really dusgusting experience.

I didn't stay at your apartments but what i experienced with one of your staff was awful.

Website states free parking anytime and my booking clearly stated free parking but was told on check in that I had no parking so was a hassle as this area has 3 hour limits would not have booked also website says it has lifts but no lifts not suitable for young kids or prams/ strollers. It is old small and I had no balcony so their web site is very deceptive I think he had an issue that I booked through an app and got a discount but seems a lot of rooms there don’t come with a car park ? So very disappointed and will not go there again. Think they know it is all too late when you are checking in as you are committed. Also got an extra pillow out of the cupboard but it was dirty so could not use it.

not worth the $464 plus $200 bond, there were no bowls so my partner and i had to improvise using wine glasses and there was milk in the the fridge ? so unprofessional, a huge let down. i don’t recommend this place, the room was fine, average. they didn’t offer or think to mention about the undercover parking either, had to park on the street. no sink to clean dishes in? use the bathroom sink i guess. the toilet wasn’t even clean, poor form. there’s no view of any beach, just construction across the street. i don’t reccomend.

I have never written a review before. But people who are considering coming here for a holiday I would tell you to reconsider. This establishment is the worst I have ever stayed at in the whole world. I am from Spain and I have never come across anything similar. This establishment is full of cockroaches. In the bathroom, the kitchen and I even found two cockroaches in my bed. I paid $500 for two nights and the person in charge of the establishment did not give me any solution for all that. I had to go personally to buy cockroach spray and sleep another night in that bug infested flat. They did not relocate me or give me my money back so I could go to another establishment. Very very bad. I do not recommend renting from this place.

The room was very run down, stains kn carpet etc but the staff were really lovely and helpful (new owners) and came to fix our TV after hours. They take a $200 deposit (rather than a hold) which is returned after 5 days. Good location to broadbeach and the place had a microwave. Toiletries were not provided. Felt like a motel rather than a hotel or even resort, but not a bad place to stay.
