The chairs are uncomfortable, no music, the staff so rude, the entire vibe is wrong. Messed up our order 3 times ! And no refund whatsoever very disappointed. Last time we had to wait over an hour and after a second chance never again. I understand food is expensive but we spent lots of money on drinks while waiting and then weren’t even given the food we asked for. A refund or the proper meal we ordered would of made us happy but no..

Visited here yesterday and had a really good coffee and slice of mud cake. Then we stayed for lunch and a beer. The staff were lovely and food didn’t take too long to come out. A really nice tavern with indoor outdoor seating fans and air con so you can be comfortable while enjoying a good meal and drinks with friends.

Whilst i will happily admit the food was great, you have to remember it's a pub and a lot of locals and visitors come here for drinks. I found a few things a bit frustrating, the noise levels of other patrons nearby makes it difficult at times, and the outdoor tables (under cover) face directly into the western sun around 5pm, and there's no shades or any reprieve from it, until the sun goes down.

Based on my first experience, i would go there for some drinks, but if indoor tables aren't available, i would skip the food.

It was good - wait times were annoying, they were complaining about being understaffed and they weren't expecting so many people in a group, despite us making a reservation for it well in advance.

Would come back again, but never as a larger group (25 people)

Had a 200g rump and it was average. Chips were old and cold. Pepper sauce did not taste like pepper sauce as it had a weird after taste so Asked for a replacement but never came and when followed up decided to charge me $2.30 even though I complained about pepper sauce. Anyway ordered and paid for sauce replacement and it had not come out almost 10 mins. By now my rump is cold and chips have swivelled up and cold. Family had burger, Mexican baked snapper which looked grilled rather than baked which wife did not finish it as it was dry. Only upside is daughter had the nuggets which she enjoyed.
Such a disappointing experience. Don’t think family and I will be coming back.

Disappointing.

Had dinner here as a family of 6 adults and 3 kids, family are from interstate and we don’t get to eat out much as we have toddlers.

The oysters came out at room temp, the other starter (wings) came out with the mains and were cold so we had to send them back. My pregnant sister in laws meal came as my mum was finishing hers… we ordered in the same order and it wasn’t busy. My brothers pizza had barely any topping. Then to top it off, they put bbq sauce on our kids ice cream instead of chocolate sauce…. Not a single staff member came to check on anything or to apologise for the constant issues….

The ribs were quite good but it was a negative experience.

Hoped to see a rugby game on their big screen...I didn't reserve a seat as it was only me. Got a back of the room seat outdoors and it was fine. Suddenly after half time I got asked to move inside to watch as I hadn't booked and they needed my chair for a group booking. Not so good but way it goes. Reserve a place prior or be moved. Nice beer. Busy place. Enjoyed it.
