We are absolutely in love with our outdoor room—our very own ‘tranquil retreat’! Our experience with Leisure Garden was seamless from start to finish. Communication was clear and prompt, and we were so impressed that they personally delivered our order all the way from QLD to Canberra.

The plans provided were detailed and easy to follow, making assembly straightforward. Just a tip: ensure the pergola is perfectly level so the blinds work smoothly.

We couldn’t be happier with the result and highly recommend Leisure Garden. We’ll definitely be purchasing from them again!

The Gazebo is a fantastic addition to our spa. We had an issue with the western sun and it has made a massive difference in summer, we can enjoy our spa again without getting fried. It looks great as well, we received a lot of positive feedback from visitors about it. Assembly wasn't as bad as I thought it would be either.

Great addition to our outdoor leisure. We were able to install our spa under cover. We use the spa often whether it be hot summer days or nights, with or without the blinds up or down, or the LED lights on or off and with the roof louvres open on warm winter days.

It is an absolute pleasure to write this review about our recent purchase of our Leisure Garden gazebo. Their communication was excellent and their customer service exceptional. As for the product itself - extremely well designed and manufactured. The exterior finish and working components are to a very high standard. The gazebo arrived clearly labeled and with every piece wrapped in a protective clear film. The installation video that can be accessed online was invaluable in assembling the product. We found the instructions were a bit too small for our old eyes so we took our time. As ours was the larger 4mx3m model, we clearly benefitted from having a 3rd person. We also did away with the 16 supplied Dyna bolts in preference for Galvanised Hex head screws to fix to the concrete. One other small detail was accommodating the rather oversized LED driver and receiver under the louvers. We had our electrician rejig the setup by removing the driver from its waterproof casing and shrink wrapping it. He also modified the connections by hard wiring them. $300 well spent to not see the components. I honestly believe the Leisure Garden gazebo is exceptional value for money and it’s sturdy construction will ensure it’s enjoyed for many years to come. We love it!

We installed 3, 3x4 Belfort Gazebos and couldn’t be happier!! Fantastic communication with Sinca and had all my questions answered prior to purchase. Install was fairly easy just need some muscle, my mum, sister and I installed one in about 5 hours. The boxes are quite heavy at 30kg-50kg, moving the boxes was the trickiest part of the install. The blinds make the gazebo and provide shade and privacy while still letting the light in. Can’t recommend these enough, I had looked at them for 9 months before purchasing, so glad I got them over cheaper versions. We just hosted Christmas celebrations in our new patio area and the gazebos were the talk of the day 👌🏻.

Our Gazebo was delivered promptly by the owner of Leisure Garden. He gave us great advice to aid in the installation process. We (two people) assembled, erected and completed installation in 4 hours. Highly recommended. I purchased the 3*4 gazebo from Canberra a few months ago. It was a smooth delivery. the owner/seller is really kind and gave us some tips for assembling. Instruction is clear and easy to understand. It took us 2-people a day to put everything together without too much drama. Great gazebo overall - looks fantastic and sturdy. It has withstood some tough weather in Canberra without any issues. Overall very happy with the product and the customer service.

Very happy with our Belfort 4Mx3M gazebo. The team at Leisure Garden were friendly, responsive and very helpful and made the experience very positive.
I assembled the gazebo myself with the help of two other people - it is undoubtedly a three man job but this is purely because the 4M spans are so heavy, not because of any design flaws. In fact, the structure is made to such a high quality and accuracy, it all just slotted together.
Great product, especially with the four built-in sun blinds. Not cheap but you definitely get what you pay for - would recommend.
