Not the most updated place but the cleaning ladies are just the best the pool is great the air con is always cool and it's a great location it has a lot of children living there not for the quiet general population

Rooms are all different first room on 2nd floor is outdated with holes and such. Other residents are rude and mean; bothers and treats others horribly over business that isn't theirs. The old lady that does the cleaning is sweet and really lovely 💕 lady at front desk is really rude despite her oh so wonderful personality. 2/ 5 stars on the people in this motel. 2 stars for the sweet cleaner lady -3 on the residents and the front desk lady. Owners are kind of mean too, but don't know much for them. These rooms DO NOT have a proper kitchen or laundry room and is not good for people coming from housing.

Rooms smell heavily like cigarettes, and is quite a disgusting and foul smell .

Definietly NOT the place to be staying with kids let alone for a month or two via housing. 181$ a night is NOT justified for the quality of service residents and those rooms have, let alone for the pool on its own.

You will need to pay $$$ for your clothes to be washed at a seperate location for 15-30$ + far down the road and have an air fryer on hand if you want somewhat deceny food, and eat microwavable food. Such made slash ready to eat FROZEN meals

Also the milk they provide is always beyond off despite the dates on them.... the folks are in tiny little sippy cups with foil on the top.

Clean room. Bed was comfy. Didn’t get a chance|to have a swim in the pool bbq area is very cosy and well equipped. ||Receptionist is very friendly and helpful (sorry I didn’t get your name) I accidentally left items in the shower and I got a phone call to let me know. ||Highly recommend Red Sea steak and seafood restaurant. Huge delicious meals and cocktails went down well too.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I tried to modify my booking to another date as I'd come down with Covid and was due to be married this weekend. I'd booked my mother 3 nights here from the following day so she could celebrate with us. We have had to move the wedding to December and was hoping the motel would be understanding as this has been a difficult situation to try to manage. I spoke with Gavin who was beyond rude. He demanded I send him a photo of my rat test (which I was happy to do) before questioning the truth of the matter. I couldn't believe this guy was seriously so cold hearted. I asked him if there was any room for movement with regards to the cancellation policy and was told no flat out. Couldn't even change the dates and they would be keeping my deposit.
My mother has stayed here multiple times over the years but never again. I was told they will be keeping my deposit, as such I'm going to the department of fair trading. Seriously lacking any customer service or empathy. The lady I dealt with originally was very nice but Gavin is a detriment to this establishment and as mentioned I'll be seeking further course of action

The room was set up nicely, but body wash/conditioner isn't provided. We stayed for 3 days and didn't get a single service which was strange. And the TV was small and had basic channels. The location was great though, just a pain to get out if you're trying to make a right turn. Super local to the beach and shopping centres though.

Avoid. On first impressions we were perfectly happy with our accommodation in room 12, it was old but perfectly serviceable, however in the morning we woke up in bed with a bed bug and on searching found more. There is no way we already had them as this was our first stay away in over six months. I caught two more bed bugs in a mug to show to reception and they just shrugged it off. We cancelled our other nights stay but no kind of refund or anything was offered for the nightmare of encountering bed bugs and the decontamination of all our luggage we would now have to do. We spent a whole day of our holiday at our next hotel washing and drying everything we had to avoid taking them with us. I emailed the wunpalm to see if they would at least cover the money we spent on washer and dryer fees and got no response. Disgusting customer service and worrying lack of response to such a serious issue.

We stayed here recently. The rooms were clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable enough.
We did have to tune in the tv to get a channel other than 1 Foxtel channel, but, we didnt really watch tv. Even though the Motel is not on the water, the water is very closeby, just a short walk. We didn't hear the traffic as with previous complaints and with some patience, it was easy enough to get out of, even though motel is on main road.
Yes, the rooms are a bit dated and could do with a facelift, but, your really only here for sleeping and showering and some downtime. The pool was very clean and warm, I had the pool to myself, although I think a shade sail would be good over deep end of pool and possibly a railing for older people to get in and out of the pool. There was a newish outdoor area in the shade to sit and relax at near the pool. Overall, our stay was pretty good. Handy to some local eateries, fish and chips etc (which were yummo) and Nok Thai is closeby as well.

Excellent holiday motel with all the things you need to have a good time. The rooms are spacious and clean. Rooms also have a small kitchenette. This could be improved by adding a small stove. A small fridge was also located inside the room.

The service of the staff was excellent and friendly.

The motel parking can get very busy and sometimes you may be required to park outside.

The bathroom for me could be better maintained. The cleanliness could be improved. The bathroom tiles seem dirty and very old. The bathtub/shower was dirty and very rusty.
