We stayed at the Duporth Riverside, Foa few days and was not disappointed. The apartment was clean and well equipped and the balcony a good size with great views the pool and pool area was a great place to lounge with plenty of sun beds. There's shops and bars close by also a major shopping centre in walking distance. We will enjoyed our stay and will no doubt return.

We stayed at The Duporth Riverside for 3 nights, and it was everything we needed! The view and location were perfect – spacious rooms with all the comforts. It’s just a short drive to everything, or you can take a relaxing walk to nearby shops.

Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a convenient and peaceful stay!

Well-designed and located off Duporth Ave, a modern strip of shops and places to eat. Stayed in room 302 for three nights. Very spacious apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Impeccably clean and well-maintained. It is big enough for a family, but equally suitable for a couple. The second two bedrooms and a bathroom are closed off unless you have paid for them as part of your booking. The natural view over the Maroochy river was the highlight for us. The view looks out over the water, Goat and Channel Islands and beyond to a natural horizon and Mt Coolum. Goat and Channel Islands are part of Maroochy River Conservation Park. The view is ever-changing with the tides and weather. I photographed 20 bird species and heard the calls of a few more on the breeze. The 180 degree views are accessible from the living area as well as the master bedroom. The kitchen was also excellent with good quality and array of cutlery, crockery and appliances, including Nespresso coffee machine (BYO pods). Pool is also excellent - suitable for either relaxing or swimming laps. Gym also well-appointed and maintained. Underground car park easy to access. A hearty 5/5 and will definitely be back.

We've stayed here several times and it never disappoints! Our Unit was clean, very spacious and we appreciated that the kitchen was very well equipped. The lounge/dining furniture is very comfortable to sit back and relax. Facilities were great and the location is fabulous.

This is our 3rd stay at the Duporth. I had booked a 2 bedroom apartment for myself and my elderley mum, and about 2 weeks before we arrived the manager called me to say there was a problem with the unit we had booked and that he could offer us a 3 bedroom apartment on a higher floor at no extra cost. This was great as we had stayed in this unit before. It was a beautiful, spacious unit that had been done up since our last stay and it was great. Plenty of utensils and crockery and glassware in the kitchen if you wanted to entertain. The views were amazing, people fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and we even had a pontoon boat come passed with people singing and dancing on board. You could see all the large ships going passed out to the ocean. The facilities are great with the heated pol and good sized gym. The unit was close to everything. 5 minutes to Sunshine Plaza with every store you could want, 30 minutes to Caloundra and 30 minutes to The Ginger Factory and onto Coolum. The Manager and his staff are wonderful. Very polite, knowledgeable and nothing was a problem to them. We love our stays at The Duporth and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice relaxing and quiet holiday.

I can’t fault The Duporth Riverside. Everything was perfect, very comfortable and clean. The pool area is stunning, all interactions with reception and David were excellent, and even the other guests I crossed paths with were friendly. The location could not be better, with so many shops and restaurants within easy walking distance, and the view from my balcony was just lovely. I’d definitely return for another stay.

This is an absolutely amazing place to stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The view is stunning the apartment was fabulous and the view spectacular. The apartment had everything you could ever want and need in it. We will definitely be back to visit

This is our 3rd stay here so obviously we like it! View is amazing, I can fish off the jetty, the pool is a great temperature. The cleanliness of the units and surrounds is perfect. We stayed 5 nights this time and never took the car out of the garage as the restaurants and Woolworths are all within walking distance. We plan on going back early in 2024.
