I don’t know how you manage to have no negative reviews, but today’s experience was extremely disappointing for us.

First of all, I specifically told you that I wanted my bangs trimmed to align with my eyebrows, but it seems my request was completely misunderstood. Instead, they were cut above my eyebrows, leaving my forehead completely exposed, which I absolutely did not want.

Secondly, I provided a clear reference for the hair color I wanted. Whether due to technical issues or a lack of understanding of the color itself, the result was nowhere near what I had requested.

I even provided a reference photo of the result I wanted. However, I understand that there’s no way to fix it now since artificial pigments have already been applied, making it impossible to achieve the color I originally desired.

I acknowledge that your service is excellent—whether it’s the hair-washing technique or the attitude of your staff, everything was quite impressive. However, while focusing on providing great service, it’s important not to overlook the client’s specific needs.

I am truly disappointed.

The salon itself is spacious and clean, which added to the overall relaxing atmosphere.
