We booked a 2 bedroom apartment with short notice. The Manager are lovely people and even left some home made biscuits for us. I had some issues with the accommodation though. The apartment was very dated. With cheap bad fitting curtains and Kmart kitchen appliances. I found a very dirty unwashed teacup in the kitchen cupboard, the remote for the bedroom TV didn’t work, we had ants in the kitchen, and I found a large black hair on the supposedly clean hand towel in the toilet. There was also visible mould in the shower. One AC in the whole apartment which was in the kitchen/lounge area. No way would it reach down the hall to the bedrooms, and they were cold. The parking it rather tight to manoeuvre into unless you have a reasonably small car. The Manager Nick allowed us to park in a spare space that was easier to get into. The beds were comfortable although the doonas on them were quite thin. Thank heavens for the spare blankets in the wardrobes.|At over $200 a night I expected more.

Lovely managers. Very friendly. Walked into the apartment to find they had left home made cookies for us with a personalised note. Spacious apartments with plenty of kitchen facilities and plenty of seating areas. Fantastic location directly opposite the beach and park with a safe zebra crossing approximately 50 metres from the apartments. An assortment of DVDs, books and games are provided for use free of charge. Very highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again.

I can't even begin to explain how much I enjoyed my stay here! Jodie and Nick are the sweetest people, and they left homemade cookies for us at the door. The rooms are absolutely lovely, and the kitchen comes with heaps of different equipment to cook with, as well as the unit being well-decorated. The pool was so enjoyable, and the beach right across the road was lovely to be close to. Lots of diverse food options nearby, as well as a shopping centre. Overall, I had a great stay and I truly hope I can come back here another time.

Jodie and Nick are the sweetest hosts! They found out it was our anniversary and made a delicious chocolate cake for us, and another one for our sister who was celebrating her birthday. They are just really lovely people. The place itself is ideal for families as it is right in front of a park and the beach. Our apartments were clean, modern and spacious. We will definitely be back. Thank you Jodie and Nick!

Apartments had everything we needed for a friend's group trip away. Nick and Jodie couldn't have been more helpful - even leaving presents of home-made biscuits for us all.|Basement car parking is tight if you have a large car - but secure and included in apartment cost. On street parking is an alternative. Rooms were clean and kitchens well supplied.

The apartment was spacious and light filled. Everything we needed was provided including cooking equipment. Importantly in these times it was impeccably clean with sanitiser available at the lifts and entrances. The manager, Jodie, lifted the rating of this accommodation above others we have experienced. She was helpful professional and really concerned that her guests enjoy their stay. For the noise sensitive there is some occasional road noise at night.

Absolutely first class customer service by Nick and Jodie. Set in a perfect location, the apartment was very comfortable and clean. Highly recommended Belvedere Appartments. Thank you for being so welcoming. My family had a fabulous stay.

We loved our stay at Belvedere. The hosts were lovely and very accommodating of our sports trailer and parking. The room was great - spacious and clean and had a great fully contained kitchen. The verandah was brilliant - big and facing the ocean, very relaxing after a big day! Little pool but very clean and lovely to have a dip in.|The only thing we could fault was that the bedrooms didn't have ceiling fans, that would have been nice but the rest of it was awesome!
