Nice well maintained grassed sites. Amenities are clean and well maintained.
Staff are friendly.
Not overpriced, very affordable.
If you don't like crowds this is the place to stay.
Located on a peaceful esplanade.
Walk across the road to the jetty and river walk.
Dog friendly.
Good fish and chip shop just next door.
Shops and cafes just down the road.

We were booked in to stay here for a night, and were told to arrive by 4pm latest for check-in. However after receiving a call from the manager at approx 2pm asking when we would be arriving as she “wouldn’t be waiting around much longer for a booking of only one night”, we told her we would find somewhere else to stay. Her attitude absolutely reeks, we’ll spend our money elsewhere.

My husband and I are in our early 70's and just arrived Sunday 4 August to inquire about staying for a few nights and the attitude of women at the desk would be the most unwelcoming and arrogant that we have experienced anywhere in Australia and overseas in the past 15 years. Never booked as the welcome put us off. We rarely right reviews but felt it our duty to warn those looking to chill out.

Picked up our new caravan in Sunny coast and needed a site for couple days. Location attracted us to this camp ground and what a good choice. We had a front site looking onto the Jetty with excellent walking options with the dogs. Check in was friendly and easy. Ryan showed us to our site and was very helpful in spotting and getting us well positioned. Facilities are dated but serviceable. Site well serviced. Would not hesitate to book here again. Cheers

Wow, Military Jetty Caravan Park is a great find. Di, the Manager, is so welcoming and friendly. She goes above and beyond to be helpful and manages the park really well. She is a great asset and should be complimented. One of the nicest Managers we have come across in our travels. The amenities are old but very clean and the view across the Pumicestone Passage is spectacular. Yummy fish and chip shop next door. What more could you want? We will be back for sure as we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and even stayed longer than anticipated.

Go up
