Stayed here for 2 weeks while moving house. This was a great choice. The apartment while old school 1980 Sunshine Coast was wonderful. We were on the top floor looking over Moffat and every day we saw loads and loads of whales as they were migrating. We used the pool which was well looked after and clean and family who lived on the coast came over for a BBQ around the pool and we had not hassles. The on site managers are really helpful and we had off street parking.... suited us fine and even better it was a short walk to Moffat Beach's cafes.

Had booked 2 days but changed to 4 once we saw how nice it was ! Kay gave us a better rate than 1st 2 nights booked through booking site so if you want to stay there, contact them directly for their best rate especially if off season(we were there 1st week of April). Pool was nice, grounds well maintained. We had 2 bedroom apartment on top floor. - be prepared to climb stairs if you want to enjoy the view! Worth it though. Only thing missing was A\C - back bedroom was hot so we had to use a portable fan found in the closet. Also no coffee maker or press (don't care for instant coffee...). Each apt is privately owned so appliances likely vary from unit to unit.|| Loved friendly community of Moffat Beach! One convenience store, baker, butcher, couple restaurants and cafe, nice playground(8yr old son with us), beach great for boogie-boarding but not supervised by lifeguard so we went 5 min drive away to King's beach as well. Would love to go back for longer stay!

My husband and I stayed here for the weekend. The views were magical and it was so good to be in a quiet area. The apartments are ageing and there are stairs, which we were aware of, but the location makes it worthwhile. The units have everything you need and are very comfortable. Well-known restaurants/cafes at Moffat Beach are close by. Kay couldn't have been more welcoming and we were given a late check-out.

We stayed here, we think, about 6 years ago. Still the rooms are extremely well maintained. The rooms are spacious with a full kitchen including an oven that worked a treat, large dining room, extremely large lounge and full laundry facilities. Management kindly aka generously lent us their car space as the space for our unit would have been a trick to get into. Thank you for your extremely kind consideration especially as we were parking a large car.||||It is not a negative to say that there is one bathroom in the two bedroom apartments, as we knew this when we booked. Also there is no television in the bedroom/s and the apartments are not air conditioned. Again, these are not negatives, just points that may be of interest to anyone wanting to know what Estoril does/does not offer.||||Moffat Beach offers some eateries within a very short walk of Estoril however the area is not as tourist focused as some other locations on the Sunshine Coast. There is a large convenience store 10 minutes walk from Estoril which is really handy when you forget to buy the corn chips for Nachos or run out of junk food.||||We will return to Estoril; it really is a lovely place to stay most especially because of beautiful managers.

Quiet, spotlessly clean and well equipped 2 bedroom apartment, tastefully decorated on first floor. Stairs. Lovely gardens and grounds immaculately kept and heated pool. Management very friendly and helpful and we were given late checkout. Location further away from main Caloundra shops and a little tricky to find, but close to Moffat beach and apartment had easy undercover parking. Great meal at Kings Beach Tavern.

Estoril on Moffat is a fabulous haven to recharge, relax and enjoy all the Sunshine Coast has to offer. Views are fantastic and look over the ocean and sweeping panorama of the coast line. We have just returned from our second 2-week holiday at Estoril and in each case the apartments have been very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Our days began with breakfast on our private balcony watching the sun come up over the ocean, then a stroll down to nearby Moffat Beach shops for coffee, followed by crossing the road to sit and watch the waves or drive into nearby Caloundra for extensive shopping, bike hire, or exploring nearby beaches and surrounds. On-site Managers, Kay and Bruce, take pride in their attention to detail and ensure the complex is immaculately presented. Kay and Bruce's friendliness, sincere welcome and ability to offer advice, tourist tips etc as needed, adds to the Estoril experience. We look forward to returning to Estoril again in the near future.

We had a two bedroom apartment. For the two of us 🙂 The living room was big, nice size TV, coming from the hot weather of SE Asia we truly enjoyed having a cup of tea sitting on the sofa. Well equipped kitchen and dining room, laundry room, balcony towards the ocean and to the back too.||||Really good location, I only wish their internet worked... And well, it was winter. Was a bit cold with only using these electric heaters.

moffats is an amazing location even if you were sleeping in a potato sack. It's a story walk from Estoril to the headland with sensational views and cafes with every fare to meet your desire.Estoril itself is an older building and no longer has an on-site manager. Most of the 20 units here are occupied by owners.The unit block has no lifts and is 4 floors high.This place is a quite tidy unit block in a great location with a small pool and spa.
