Exceptionally nice lady accommodated my wife and I after long wet motorcycling at the end of the day, when the rest of Roma were trying to make the most out of our circumstances.
Our room was very clean and well presented and maintained. Linen and towels are crisp and clean, including the bed cover which, if you're a seasoned traveller, is not often the case.
Parking is easy to access for your bikes or car with trailer parking available.
Free WiFi and modern, silent a/c.
We had a spa bath in our room but depending on your situation, most rooms have regular shower facilities.
Ample hot water for long showers... Highly recommend 👍

Have stayed at Bottle Tree Gardens 3 times now, Its a great location right in town, conveniently close to Supermarket, Petrol Station & Hotel, rooms are a little dated but have everything you need and are clean and tidy. Host Bev is very helpful and remembered us from our first visit which is welcoming. We will stay here every time we are passing through without a doubt.

Stayed here back in 2016 and unlike some other accomm providers in Roma these folks are happy to greet returning guests. Clean rooms, comfy beds, easy park and friendly managers. Close walk to the local pub for a hearty meal too.

Great $$value accommodation. room was good with big bathroom suitable for disabled/wheelchair etc. Handy to town and short drive to the hospital, 2 pubs ;less than 1Min walk, short walk to shops. g supposed to be great fish n chips over the road.

Nice place and cheap for the area. Bathroom had a spa bath which was mint. Did squash one bug (not a cockroach, just a regular household pest) but I did a huge search looking for more and couldn't find any so I think it's an outlier.

The only other issue is the traffic noise, you can hear trucks throughout the night, but that's not the businesses fault obviously. If you're a super light sleeper I'd suggest somewhere a bit more isolated.

Was a good place to stay. Walking distance to MacDonalds. Kitchenette didnt have much so wouldnt recommend trying to cook anything there except either cereal or toast. Place was clean and tidy. Good place if you are an overnight traveller.
