I’ve been a few times now and have had a great experience! One of the nail artists did a fantastic job with gel extensions along with French tips and nail art!

I've been to this salon 3 times and I am just so happy with the quality of the service I receive. I've been getting my nails done for years and I can honestly say that these ladies take pride in their work, have an eye for detail, and take the time needed to do an extra good job! They are always busy but I never feel like they rush. Really happy with my nails, thank you!!

Amazing amazing amazing! I’m so glad to have found this place. They nailed the brief (lol), incredibly meticulous and thorough, and still really affordable. Great service and I didn’t even have an appointment. I’ll be coming back!

It really pains me to write this review because I have been there before and they have done such a good job. But todays experience was quite different unfortunately. I usually see one of the younger girls and they’re always very careful and good at their job, but I saw a different lady today (mid aged) and she hurt 5 of my fingers, which one is so bad it’s pretty much raw skin. She did apologise but never have I ever experienced someone hurting so many fingers, and I’ve been getting my nails done for years now. Just disappointing…

Beautiful nails, nail artist was particular and had an eye for detail. Spent plenty of time ensuring nails were dry, the same length and how I wanted them. Pricing was fair. Only thing was reception was a bit blunt however the positives outweigh the negatives for sure! Recommend 👍🏼

Been coming here fortnightly for nearly 4 years, they are always busy but always do their best to see everyone that comes in. They are fast and efficient and Im always happy with my nails 🙂

Fit us in last minute and did an amazing job on manicure & pedicure. They’re so cute. The massage chair was honestly my highlight too!!

I got my nails done here today & was really not happy with how they turned out. I told the lady when she was 2 nails in, then again at one full hand that I didnt like them & could we change them- however nothing was done to fix them. It was more like I was rushed to be finished so I would leave. I paid $80.00 for this, only for me to leave & get them redone elsewhere. The girls were extremely unhelpful and not understanding.

I have contacted them and the response as a business is appalling. For a company that has “luxury” and “expert level of service” in their bio they certainly missed the mark here.

I have now received a $20 refund, after much argument and back and forth with the owner. Her reply to this review is an example of the attitude & tone towards customers.

Don’t go here. There are many other salons that would go above & beyond, this is not one.
