Sam is amazing!! I’ve tried physiotherapy, acupuncture, medications etc. for my pain in my lower back/hip/leg. I was skeptical at first trying Bowen therapy but so glad my friend recommended me to see Sam as I was willing to try anything at this point. Sam’s healing hands and knowledge of Bowen Therapy has saved me from excruciating hip and leg pain, enabling me to walk again and live comfortably while I await a hip replacement.
I no longer need to take prescribed pain killers and can once again get a good night’s sleep.
I can walk up to 4 kms at a time without suffering severe pain. My weekly visit to Sam had turned into fortnightly and now I go once a month for maintenance.

Before my first Bowen Therapy session with Sam I was unable to squat or deadlift due to tightness & pain through my hips. But after 2 treatments I was back in the gym squating and deadliftIng without pain & tightness, which blew my mind! She’s my go-to to keep my body aligned & functioning at its best. She also has gone above and beyond for me helping me with a stretching routine to further assist me with my tightness in my legs. Not to mention her caring, bubbly, down to earth nature. Very beautiful clinic, and Sam is such a respectful and gentle therapist !

If you’re like me and don’t like invasive physical treatments, this is perfect for you. Very minimal touching in comparison to traditional massage and always fixes my body.

I got a lot of maintenance stretches/exercises provided to me after my treatment for upkeep as well, which is great as I don’t feel totally helpless between treatments!
