Horrible experience. I went in for gel infills, and the nail tech asked if I wanted them shortened, I said just as much as they have grown. She very obviously over-shortened 2 of the nails on my right hand and there was a significant difference in length. I just asked her to make them abit longer with the gel infill and she took great offence for some reason. I was really polite, not rude or demanding at all, I even said “it’s honestly fine, it’s not a big deal at all” and tried to smile at her. She told me it was my nails and then tried to refuse to finish doing them. I said I still needed them done, I just wanted those 2 to match the length of the others. She swapped with another nail tech and they rushed me out. I didn’t even get colour, I just wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible. They were very obviously talking about me and laughing and made the whole experience so awful. I went there as my regular salon was closed. Never ever again. I walked out with half done nails and the middle finger on my right hand is on a complete angle and much thicker on one side, which it wasn’t before. They didn’t even ask what shape I wanted and just gave me square, but I didn’t even want to bother raising that it was the wrong shape. Honestly so awful, all because I dared to ask that she match the length of the short 2 nails - how dare I.. Find literally anywhere else to get your nails done.

Amazing! I came here a few days before I went into labour, toenails are still pristine after 3 weeks, fingernails lasted a whole week before the first chip and then another 3-4 days before noticeably damaged. Pretty good for polish alone!!

Asked for natural ombre but turned out hot pink. The lady was so rough cut my cuticle but I only realised in the car that it was actually bleeding. Not going back

Great salon! May served me and she did an amazing job on my nails. She chatted to me, while efficiently creating nails to the style and shape to my preference. She used SNS on my nails and I was very happy after avoiding getting my nails done for a very long time. Very happy with the service, will definitely be back.

I have pretty good experience with pearl nails since last 2 years, I found them really nice and reasonable compared to other nail salons,They always accommodate me and they are covid safe! I just love the way my nails look now! Would highly recommend!

Unclean, highly overpriced and overall bad service. I went as a one off and now have a nail infection. They did a very bad job over charged me. For a pedicure with shellac and just a clean up of my hand nails it was $60 so overpriced. Only go here if you want an infection

I wish if I can choose less than one star, I went there after work just to “take my nails off “to rest them they started to talk there own language when I asked her to just take my nails off and one of them she said to me “sorry darling come tomorrow fully booked and was only 4 customers there and that’s not the first time they playing around with me so I said am okay to wait she said no no come tomorrow , anyhow I said to them how come fully booked just to take my nails off so I left and drove to Plumpton Professional nails shop and the lady there she was very happy just to do that and with a big friendly smile she charged me only $15 but I gave her tip $35 cash because I was very happy with that services I do recommend everyone to go there it’s just maybe extra 7 minutes driving, thanks for losing my tip .

Great service friendly staff. Happy with the outcome of my nails. Will go there again. 2 times i have got my nails done and they are very consistent which I love ❤ . Most nail salons need to be consistent in their work! This place is!
