I have been to Cure Recovery a few times now. I have used the leg compression boots which was a great experience. Great for the blood circulation in your legs after a workout or at any time. My legs felt really good. Hard to not nod off as it is very relaxing. The infra red sauna was good too. I worked up a sweat in there for 30mins then showered and jumped into the contrast therapy hot/cold water immersion. My favourite. This was a great way to end the session. Nice big tvs to keep your mind occupied. Relaxing music. The staff are very friendly and very informative. Can’t wait to go for my next session 😊

Holidaying in Coolangatta, stumbled across Cure Recovery. Popped in for a 30 min infra red sauna. The premises are clean, fresh and modern. Reception crew very helpful and pleasant on booking in person at desk. Sauna was great. Would like to try the compression therapy next! Parking at front of building on Griffith St, might be a bit right, so check 1 street back also. Will visit again. Thank you to the team at Cure Recovery. Incredible place to recover from physical sport or just the stress of day to day life. A beautiful space with TV’s playing surfing to help you survive the 4 minutes in the ice bath. The sauna is my personal favourite. Very clean and hygienic facility with showers with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers, deodorant- everything you need to leave clean and refreshed.
The service is also outstanding.

My wife talked me into trying my first sauna. (Infra red) Really lovely team at Cure Recovery who made us feel welcome. Sugeested starting at 30mins 60 degrees and take a break (there are cold showers) halfway if needed. Made the full 30 and felt great afterwards. Went down to the beach for a swim in the waves after a great experience and will definitely try a sauna again. The Cure Recovery sauna comfortably fits two, so my wife was with me as my support and some one to chat too.

This place is AMAZING for recovery and general health. Beautiful facilities, friendly staff, very clean. Infa red sauna is amazing, cold plunge pools (as close as I’ll get to an ice bath 😆) magnesium hot spa. Amazing for injury recovery, improved energy, wellness, relaxation, stress relief, mood and wellbeing. Do yourself a favour and check this place out - it’s an absolute treat 🙌🙏

Really Wonderful.
Always leave feeling euphoric.
Highly recommend this + 11:11 boxing & functional for a Train & Revovery perfect match.

The facilities are great at cure & staff lovely.

I do the contrast eater therapy, but curious about the compression boots and UV sauna too.
