I had a massage a few nights ago the massage was terrible . I had booked in for a remedial and the therapist didn’t seem to know what he was doing . I never have to leave bad reviews but it was very below ordinary . I asked the therapist to use a firmer technique ten minutes into the massage and he continued to use soft rubbing Swedish style techniques, I almost felt like walking out half way through it was that awful. I asked for the owner afterwards to advise but he wasn’t in store . Iv have had many massages from around the area and never have any complaints . The owner of this place needs to be training his staff better.

I spend a lot of time working on the computer, so my neck and shoulders are always stiff and sore. The therapist quickly got to work on my problem areas, and after 45 minutes, I have to admit – wow, he saved my shoulders! The owner was also very patient and efficiently handled my reimbursement online using the personal details I provided. It was such a smooth and pleasant session. Highly recommend!

Booked a ‘massage for 2 people’ who would have thought this means in separate rooms. Why is there an option for 2 people massage when it’s individual and there is an option to just book singular? Misleading and charges apply for refund
