This property is outdated as well with wobbly foot paths of old brick ( seems unsafe) also not quiet. Alot of yelling and just generally obnoxious behavior. Wouldn't recommend

My partner and I have lived here for over a year now and while the building itself is old, the pool area is always pristine. The BBQ area is always clean, the pool is always heated, crystal clear and warm. There has been very few problems with the apartment itself and whenever I have contacted the building manager Warren and Julie they are always very prompt, professional, efficient and just generally kind, hard working people. I think both the Warren and Julie do a very very good job maintaining the building. 5 stars from us.
However, please note before you buy or lease, there is a serious leaking issue when it rains heavily. We vacated because our master bedroom was in an inch of water, I got electrocuted and the leasing agents thought it was a great opportunity to mutually end the lease so they could put it back on the market for more money
