The Village is the perfect place to stay with a family. We have been staying here for over 10 years now and can't beat the location, space in apartments and compatible pricing. The facilities are immaculate and gardens beautiful. You feel safe being in the heart of Burleigh and have everything at your fingertips (including the Beach). Would highly recommend.

A fantastic location that is our go to accommodation in Burleigh. Location is super convenient to shops, restaurants, beach and supermarket. Ideal for families as it’s quiet after 10pm. Pool, spa and bbq area give a resort feel. Rooms always well appointed and clean. Management always super helpful. Can’t go wrong staying at The Village.

Awful service, the property manager was rude and unprofessional! They scammed us by not returning our bond, the reasoning being messy which isn't true. (The key was returned late however safely returned but it wasn't stated in the terms and conditions it would cost the whole bond) it was a lot of money they held, instead of speaking to me or resolving the issue, I asked for proof and they blocked my number and are trying to threaten me by reporting me to the police, very unfair and unacceptable, I see this has happened to others as well 🙁

An unexpected good surprise awaited us at The Village. We knew it was close to the beach ,shops, small supermarket, Bowling Club bistro, and great coffee shops and had a small pool with hotpool. We didn't appreciate how spacious would be the unit with modern comfortable furniture and all the modern kitchen and laundry facilities you would appreciate on holiday. An added bonus was the secure underground parking next to our unit. We had a great relaxing holiday. We can recommend this complex to all.

This accomodation was good in theory but dirty and old in reality
We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was well equipped, a bit dated and tired, this would have been fine and done the job for our short stay but it was truely filthy.
The bedrooms had mould all over the plantation shutters and ceiling. The room was dusty and musty, like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a really long time, this was the same for the entire apartment. The cobwebs and dust accumulation around/under the bed and other furniture in the room was truely wild.
The bathrooms were unkept with someone else’s hair in the showers, shower heads rusting and a build up of general grime. It was like no one had cleaned it properly in a very long time, even the door and door stop were covered in dust.
The ironing board was filthy which was disappointing as we needed to use it for our clothing for a wedding, not the sort of thing you want to ruin 2 states from home.
The kitchen was also disappointingly dirty, the walls around the bin and the bin itself were covered in previous tenants grime.

Lastly there was no doonas or quilts which is so odd when it’s listed that linen is included.

Attached are some photos of the nastiness, if it was well maintained this would have been an ideal stay with all the inclusions and the perfect location in town.

The property manager Darren is rude and unhelpful , not family friendly at all. Witnessed him abuse an elderly lady resident when she asked if a package had been delivered to reception.

Fantastic location a few metres from the beach, high class fashion boutiques and amazing selection of restaurants.

A great walk through the national park was wonderful.

Experienced cultural exhibition at Home of the Arts where you can see movies too!

The location is great, walking distance to all the best things in Burleigh Heads & tenants were kind & respectful.||After much contemplation though I regrettably have given The Village apartments a 1star due to the behaviours of the male manager. I found him to be arrogant & upon expressing my distaste for him with permanent tenants I was shocked to hear of the dramas they've experienced in the past year since he'd taken over. Reading his replies to the most recent google reviews further prove to me it isn't a one off incident & this man is indeed inadequate at his job & uses bully tactics to intimidate tenants & guests. Until management changes I would not recommend staying at The Village.
