It was v reassuring to be welcomed by Shelby (first visit) who is both genuinely caring and professional. I was keen to suggest how I would like my lip liner to look and also the type of outline I would like to avoid. Shelby understood fully and also gave valuable advice. She provided care before and after. And the tattooing process is totally fine! I found the colour and outline was natural, symmetrical and not too over-the-top and look forward to a top-up. This is very clever because the human face is sometimes lop-sided in 3D (like mine!) so it takes skill to bring a result that looks attractive and balanced! Shelby has an eye for pleasing outlines and the results show her experience and adeptness.

Shelby is definitely the best in the business of cosmetic and medical tattooing.
I've recently had my brows done and the comments from clients and friends have been so positive and complimentary.
While I was there, Shelby also colour matched a white area just under my eye that had been caused by the removal of a suncancer. I no longer need to cover it up with makeup. It looks the same colour as the rest of my face. If I'd known it was that easy, I would have had it done years ago.
