I had a massage last week with Wondee it was very good she did a 45 minute remedial massage the man in reception said it was cheaper with my health fund to have 45 minutes rather than 30 minute and that the oil would be free instead of $5 extra thst they charge in 30 min massage?! Wondee advised me to return each week and for $15 out of pocket, using my hi caps Medibank private health fund, I was pleased to. I returned as told the following week, today, only to discover the exact same massage time and person was going to cost me $30.00! When I said no I don’t want to pay double for the same service they said it was my health funds fault! They implied I had used up all my health fund even though it’s March, my fund reset in January and I have only claimed 1 massage! Then they tried to pretend the health fund had given me a special reward last week. Finally they said maybe their manager had given me a discount. ! They called him he said he couldn’t always give the discount! Then he said there was no discount & that my health funds was to blame for not paying as much ! He was extremely rude saying it was hard to communicate with me, which is weird because I’m an English teacher and have a degree in English, as well as it being my native language ! Next I went to their other branch down by Woolies the first place is near post office and Pet Barn. Place number 1 did not offer me a refund they instead charged my health fund! When the second of their branches at the other end of the pines did the same exact thing & tried to charge double I said, never mind I’ve got headache now I’ll just cancel as I don’t like being ripped off. She immediately refunded my health care fund and then I asked her to do the same for the first cancelled massage with wondee she couldn’t get the internet to work fair enough I left. Then an hour later the rude front desk boy called me and said he would process my refund so I returned for a third time he was so rude and shouted at me that there was a refund ! I do not recommend this place as the reception boy is a liar and he is rude. the masseuse was lovely but he will ruin your day by causing stress and being rude. Also he really could use some tooth paste and mouth wash .

Visited Jerry today. Had concerns as had 2 surgeries on right shoulder and elbow. Very attentive and accommodating. Definately one of the best massages I have received. Will definately be travelling the distance to get this service again. Thankyou Jerry. Front reception were very courteous as well.

Have been coming here for over 2 years however my past 2 experiences have been terrible. I got up and walked out of my last massage early due to an inexperienced new male staff member who did not know how to massage and who hurt my neck. Most recent appointment they rang saying they’ll be 15 minutes late. I arrived and they told me another 15 minutes late. Service has gone down hill.

Have had over a dozen massages in between massage indulgence and massage orientation at the pines over the past few years and for their prices to increase to $110 an hour for a remedial sports massage ..

To have a young inexperienced masseuse put with a returning customer and professional athlete weighing over 100kg, not only was the massage unsatisfactory, there was no pressure at all and the masseuse spent most the time working on everything BUT the muscles I asked. I walked out afterwards feeling the same as before I walked in.

You cannot charge $110 per hour for that level of service, no excuses.

Jenny's remedial massage is the best massage I've ever had. She sure knows what she's doing & is a really lovely person. Comfortable, clean, relaxing rooms. Highly recommend!
