Had an awesome time at Rejuuv Me Spa with my partner this weekend! From the moment we walked in, we felt super relaxed. The massage was incredible just what we needed to unwind. Our therapists were super professional and made sure we were comfortable the whole time.

We also had facials, and they were top-quality. Left feeling refreshed, pampered, and ready to take on the world. Highly recommend Rejuuv Me Spa if you’re looking for a proper, relaxing experience. Can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful and amazing day spa! Took my sisters and mum here for my sister’s belated birthday! The couple package was great value and high quality. We were able to catch up and relax in the magnesium salt spa and also used the calming eucalyptus steam room. This was followed by a 1 hr massage which was one of the best massages we have ever had. Will be back next time we are in surfers paradise. Lovely team here and great atmosphere too!!

A great experience. We had a group of 4 for a girls weekend spa day. We got the full body massage and facial. It was the most wonderful and relaxing treatment followed by spa and steam room. So great to have the facilities to ourselves. I really recommend either for self or a group

My partner & I recently visited your spa for the couples package ($195 per person), & while we appreciated some aspects, others didn’t meet expectations for the price.

Upon arrival, we were greeted indifferently, as the staff were engaged in conversation, which didn’t set a welcoming tone. The spa and steam room, though advertised as part of the experience, felt less exclusive with other guests present, & the steam room turned off unexpectedly during our time.

The changing areas lacked privacy, & the robes & towels were thin and cheap, which didn’t align with the premium price. We also missed the promised scalp massage, which was disappointing.

On a positive note, we did receive a lovely touch to celebrate our engagement - a rose & mimosa, which was much appreciated. The massage & facial were fantastic, but the facilities could be more comfortable for taller guests, as my fiancé struggled with the massage bed and robes.

Overall, while some parts of the experience were enjoyable, several details fell short for a $400 package. We hope this feedback helps enhance the experience for future guests.

I would not recommend this place for group bookings. When I initially spoke with Kali about a group booking for a hens she gave me the facts that were required for the day. I was advised that a deposit was to be paid and the remaining to be paid on the day for the final number. There was no time frame given on when the final number had to be advised other than on the day, when I received the final invoice under the cancellation heading it stated ‘please avoid cancellation within 24 hours’. I communicated any changes leading up to the day. We had 2 group members have to leave early due to a family emergency, I called the place as soon as I found out the morning of and advised of this change. When I arrived I was told that I had to pay for those that weren’t there and when I confronted her about showing her the information that she provided me, information that is incorrect to what the terms and conditions say, als she could keep referring to was the terms and conditions and not acknowledging the false information provided by her to get us to book when I reached out. We were at the place for a 3 hour booking, during the conversation she advised me that she would have made the time slot 2 hours if we advised her of the last 2 cancellations so she could send one staff member home. So she tried to shave an hour off our appointment. She was only in it looking for a financial benefit in relation to the group booking and disregarding the customer service that should have been provided. The actual package that we book for was relaxing however also felt very rushed during the massage. Will not be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone.

My sister, Mum & I were wanting some pampering during our holiday in the GC and found this gem 💎
We chose the Winter Warmer package which gave us 3hrs of bliss with Karli, Manuela & Yumi. Karli began with a full explanation about what was going to happen throughout the session which in our case was a Full body massage, facial, foot mud mask followed by a soak in the magnesium spa. The treatment room was large enough for the 3 of us to comfortably be in the 1 room, it was sparkly clean, perfectly heated and fresh robes and towels were supplied. We all loved the treatments, feeling relaxed and pampered before heading to the magnesium spa.. we're all over 60 and feel the achy muscles of age and having the soak in the spa was a perfect way to end the session.
We walked out feeling pampered, spoilt and relaxed. Will return here everytime I come to the GC. Thank you Karli for looking after us and spoiling us for the time we were at RejoovMe ❤️🥰

My husband and I had an amazing refresh package experience at Rejoove me today for our special wedding anniversary. From communication to car parking to the spa, steam room and best of all massage! The whole team were so attentive, helpful and friendly. I had the best facial & massage! We both walked out on cloud 9 and went onto have a fabulous day. Thank you so much ladies for the best spa day ever! We cant wait to come back!
