A big thanks to Jade and everyone at Platinum Pool Care for the prompt diagnosis of my failed chlorinator recently. Jade recommended a replacement chlorinator as repairs were not really a viable option.

I was happy with the quoted price and the chlorinator was professionally installed within days.

The new chlorinator also appears to be more user friendly compared to my previous unit which is a nice bonus.

The installer talked me through the operations before he left which was re-assuring. I will read through the manual over the weekend to completely understand the workings.

It has been a pleasure to deal with an absolutely professional company such as Platinum Pool Care. Could not fault their approach and the respect they have shown me as a new client.
