Really great service through the drive through. I had asked about certain ingredients in the food due to allergies and they were kind enough to hand over the ingredient list for us to look at. Great tasting coffee, I liked it more than Zarrafas to be honest. Way better drive through experience than GYG or any of the other names.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. The tables were sticky and messy, and it seemed like they hadn't been cleaned properly. The customer service was also subpar, and the quality of the coffee itself was below the usual Starbucks standards. I couldn't find many redeeming qualities here, except perhaps that they share a parking lot with a gas station. In a city like Brisbane with so many wonderful local cafes, there's really no need to go out of your way for Starbucks.

I’ve lived in rothwell for about 6 months now have always been a big coffee lover. Unfortunately I’ve tried giving this place chance after chance to see if it may be just that day the coffee was made but seems to be a disappointment every time coffee taste terrible the girl with black long hair and Tatts has poor customer service no greeting and no goodbye it’s not really a nice way to start your day whilst getting coffee first thing in morning. It’s a hit n miss on the wait if you go early you’ll be served in Under 5 anytime after 7 it’s a joke the amount of time you have to wait !

ordered via the app while the store was not busy, went through drive through when it was estimated my drink was ready as it became busier. when i got to the window they hadn’t even made my coffee’s yet and i just sat there waiting for 5-10 mins as they continued to prioritise taking other customers orders on the headset. the line was wrapped around the building because of this. i understand it’s busy but that’s why i did a online order? i thought it gave more priority and time management.

Had a mistake where they made me the wrong drink, but I didn't realise till I was long gone.
Even several hours later in the day, I rang and questioned about the undrinkable (for my taste) drink I ended up with and they happily arranged for me to go back in when I was able to and receive a free drink as a reimbursement.
The young woman went above and beyond to make sure I was happy even after a rush hour mistake earlier that morning.
I don't know how anyone could still be angry about a situation like that when they painlessly made sure to do what they could to reimbursed my experience, rather than my wallet.
Rather than fussing all day with a bad taste in my mouth, I have come away impressed and happy with that young lady, all because I actually gave them a chance to see and hear my problem instead of just leaving it as is, and just bitching about a bad experience because of a very normal human error.

This location is quite quaint. Nice staff that is friendly and fixed up my order when another customer took my drink. Frappachino was slightly bland coffee wise and a tad too sweet (i’m sweet enough) but I still liked it anyway, but different to what it is at other locations.

Terrible customer service ! I walk in and no one greets me at the counter for 10 minutes. Their walking back in forth not even smiling or saying we will be with you in a minute. The one girl with black and white hair looked miserable and honestly looked like she was avoiding me. I thought starbucks prided it self in its service.... very dissapointing. They may want evaluate their staff cause this was going to be the cafe I go to close to my work but because of this experience I will not be back!

These guys have forgotten they have walk on customers too.
Did an app order at 11.30am and at 11.43am had to ask staff where the order was as it’s normally left on the counter for pick up.
She went and found the coffees behind the counter and handed to me. No explanation no sorry. Not sure how long they had been hidden away.
Also they don’t offer plant based cream (we are lactose intolerant).
Compared to the Starbucks at North Lakes mall (who are always awesome) this was super disappointing.
