I ordered a large cappuccino from here because while I was waiting at the bakery for my sausage roll, I asked if there was a good place to get a coffee nearby. Both the staff from the bakery and another patron said I could get a good coffee from here.
I ordered a coffee and sat down and started eating my sausage roll. Then one of the staff from here said 'these tables are for customers only',
I said, 'I just ordered a coffee',
He said, 'you still can't eat that here'.
So I had to stand up and wait for my coffee even though the tables were completely empty apart from me.
There are signs that say no food or drink from other places but surely if you buy a drink from here you can enjoy something you bought from somewhere else... what a joke.
Absolutely terrible customer service and I won't ever buy from here again, which is a shame because the coffee was good.

I have been to this cafe on quite a few occasions and have enjoyed there coffee and lovely fresh sandwiches. But today I went to have lunch with my husband and made the mistake of buying a $5 chicken side from another store and spent $20 dollars on drinks and food from the cafe and sat down in the cafe. I have been in this industry for 35 years and are still a cafe owner myself and understand well and truly the policy of not eating food not bought from the particular establishment you dine at. However I am also not a greedy person and like most eating places these days do allow a small side or even a drink from somewhere else to be brought in as long as the majority of the cost was brought from where you are dining.The lady at this cafe was unforgiving in her RULES and does not value her customers as much as her dollar. I see in the reviews that I am not the first to complain about this and I hope one day she will see that sometimes good customer service is what brings the money in not just good food.Customers are what makes your business grow.

In 58 yrs I have never had to ask for my money back from a Cafe. We purchased coffees and cake from this cafe and were seated waiting for them when we were told we could not stay seated there as we were eating a salad roll purchased from the neighbouring bakery. We were the only ones seated at one of the 10 tables available (obviously business is booming) and were told we could not eat our salad rolls at their table even though we had purchased coffees and cake. So I asked for my money back and we left. Would not recommend.

Staff very narrow minded... Yes they have signs that state for their customers only. But my daughter had just 2 pork dumplings from the shop next door while I was waiting in the queue to buy coffee and cake from Blue Coyote. I can understand them calling out for her to leave, but I voiced up to let them know, she was with me and I was ordering but they persisted no food from anywhere else. There is no mistake that they didn't understand me, but the lady is very rude and silly. So, I said I guess I can't buy from here and left. Off to the the local bakery, who are welcoming, she ate her dumpings there and I enjoyed a much nicer coffee and cake. It always tastes better where people are nice!

The quality and happy customer service of Darryl and Pina is amazing. And their own blend of Blu Coyote coffee was the best I’ve had. Please support local business these guys deserve it.

The staff at Blu Coyote are always so friendly and welcoming! The food and coffee are amazing as well - the brownies and banana bread are a favourite among our family. Visits to the cafe are always a highlight in our day 💖

I was in line to order a coffee and pastry but was turned off by food preparation and handling. The male with the long beard seems to have unsanitary practices. Whilst he was preparing food he kept on touching his face, hair and it was disgusting. I currently work at a restaurant and for someone who has been trained on hospitality regulations, I would HIGHLY recommend not eating here.

UPDATE 24/1/2023: the owners responded to the review after I posted and he is clearly making up things. Never in my life, would I return to a place with such terrible hygiene, let alone responses 😂. As we’ve now discovered, this place is owned and run by an UNHYGIENIC LIAR. How disappointing, that a business like this is running when there are much more respectful and genuine business owners out there.
