Check in was quick, very friendly and professional.||My apartment was well appointed and very clean. The bathroom facilities were excellent and everything was supplied. The patio offered a great view both north and south. The pool and spa were cleaned daily and the beach a short stroll away. The facility had locked secure gates which is very important. Excellent park facility just out the beach exit/entrance. Secure car parking.

I recently spent 4 nights with our family at this accommodation and overall it was fantastic. The staff were great, really helpful and even agreed to move the date of our booking to provide us with a ground floor apartment for my elderly inlaws who were staying at the same time as they had mobility issues. ||||the apartments themselves were fantastic, well appointed with decent cooking facilities, and many little extras often not thought of in self contained accommodation like an esky and ice brick in the freezer! ||||the location was great, the comples had ocean views from the upper levels and was only 50m from the beach! Pool area and bbq were great as well. it can be a bit of a hike up to the theme parks and main surfers paradise/broadbeach area, especially if coming back down the M1 in peak hour, but for us it wan't a problem as we were avoiding the main part of the 'goldy' like the plague anyway. Small shopping centre nearby and palm beach itself had a beautiful lagoon a couple of blocks away that was perfect for little kids to swim. If you're after a relaxing spot you couldn't go past this place for value. ||||Only minor downside was that some of the appliances were a little dated, and the dryer in our apartment was a bit problematic, but reporte it to the fantastic staff and I'm sure they'll get it fixed. the only other minor annoyance was the fact that no tablets/powder were provided for the dishwasher. Really though these were minor issues and we'd definately stay here again if/when we come back to the gold coast.

We are staying in unit 36 which is a double story unit on the top floor and we love it! The place has everything we need full kitchen, downstairs toilet, ensuit, private balcony from our room. The pool is lovely and it's only 10 mins from surfers. There is no lift so if you don't like stairs stay on the bottom floor. The unit is perfect and if don't like chips in paint or minor things like that than it's not for you. But I don't sweat the small things and the bed and pillows were comfy too. Also close to robina shopping centre which is the best in the Gold Coast don't bother with the others trust me!

The apartment is great, comfortable beds and nice view but there were a lot of issues. One the major issues is the reception for wifi was terrible (could just be my apartment) and when a friend and I were in the pool a family was yelled at by a lady who we shall call Karen, for eating at the barbecue area.

This was our 5th stay at the apartments. We have enjoyed each stay for the location. Close enough to walk to shops, great dining and local attractions. 10 minutes form the Airport and Public transport at the door up and down the coast so very convenient if you dont have a vehicle.The Apartment this year was comfortable but spartan. The building is ageing and this is showing in the fixtures and decor. It was a non smoking apartment but the person next door sat on their balcony and smoked while we suffered the odour

As we had family, a couple, coming out from England we wanted them to have the best Aussie beach experience. So six family members decided to stay on gold coast. The site said ocean views, well there was a glimpse of water through the trees and buildings. The photos can be deceiving, it looked a lot bigger. The kitchen, dinning, lounge area very small. The couch was uncomfortable with no padding left and you could feel the frame beneath. One Arm chair was the same and the other one felt sticky/oily. The stove was past its use by date too. I waited about 10 minutes for the front left hot plate to heat, gave up and went to a smaller one that was a little better. ||The cold tap in downstairs toilet I couldn't turn on, but after someone did get it on it wouldn't turn completely off, so leaked for the next few days. The door stop on the wall had fallen off and was on the floor, leaving a hole in the wall. The upstairs bathroom was quite big and clean. We gave our UK visitors the main bedroom upstairs which had its own bathroom. They had a bit more view of the ocean over tree tops from their balcony. The other two bedrooms simple but tidy.||There are a lot of stairs, especially from car park and with suitcases. When we left we parked in street and took cases there. I suggest people do that when arriving and save yourself a few sets of stairs. No lifts.||A few shops, cafes including Coles, within walking distance as well as a pub. A short walk to the beach past the row of houses in front. It is not beach front as we thought. The pool and BBQ area was quite nice. Although the sign out front says heated pool it wasn't. Also said Foxtel but not available.||Overall the place needs updating, especially that lounge set. For the money paid we expected a lot better. We often hire places for holidays with the family or friends and were disappointed with this one.

I used to walk past this place every day. It's no longer its signature Yellow but the managers are lovely down to earth people, we arrived at 6am after a long night flight and were welcomed into our room at 7am, this rarely happens in motels. The unit is enormous for the price we paid and the location is to die for. We got Jefferson Lane side placement and even a view of the ocean between the million dollar houses. Love it love it love it and will be back. |The kitchen is big the loungeroom is big the bathrooms are not poky little things and there is a bath and a fantastic BBQ by the pool. I don't think I want to go home.

Would definitely recommend the rooms are lovely and clean and it is right near the beach. Loved walking along the path to the park and along the river each day and also the great coffee shop. The unit was spacious and clean and the Managers were very friendly and helpful. Would be great for families or couples that want a nice quiet getaway in a very pretty location.
