We recently had a wonderful stay at Casablanca Palms and were lucky enough to enjoy the gorgeous 3 level beachfront penthouse! Immaculate and fully appointed, apartment 26 did not disappoint. Each level had balconies, however we particularly loved the roof top deck with sensational views over Surfers and Coolangatta, along with divine furnishings and optional shading. The resort facilities probably need a little upgrading and the pool was freezing, however it was enough for our family to engage when not at the beach! Hayley and Craig are lovely, down to earth people, who were very helpful from the time that we booked until we checked out. Location is beautiful and has pizza and Thai takeaway and BWS on the doorstep, a bustop out front and should you choose to have a car, as we did, the apartment has a single remote garage within the secure underground car park with storage and private access into the building, where you can choose to walk up stairs or use the lift provided. ||Looking forward to staying in the future ☀️☀️☀️

We had 6 adults in Room 14 (3 bedroom) on the 4th floor for 3 nights, fantastic views, 2 balconies. Thoroughly enjoyed it from the friendly fast check-in until departure. Nothing was any trouble for Phil & Marg who obviously enjoy what there doing with smiles all round :). Freshly painted & tastefully furnished. Spa/pool was a hit, bus outside door into Surfers, great walking paths too. Pizza & BWS just 300m around corner. Will definitely be back.. Thanks for caring

Had the pleasure of staying at the Oceanfront Penthouse overlooking the beach (Unit 26) at Casablanca Palms. This is a new unit listing that has never been a holiday let previously and was amazingly presented. There are 3 spacious rooms over 2 separate floors as well as a rooftop entertaining area. All levels have large balconies and the whole place has been fully renovated and newly furnished. A fantastic family get away that can accommodate 2 families in its' 300+m2 size it has to be seen to be believed. The master suite with walk in robe and ensuite has an open view of the beautiful Palm Beach ocean. The unit has a full laundry and more gadgets than you could possibly use (they have thought of everything) and also has foxtel on the 55" television. One trip here and you will be rebooking for your next holiday. Has the most amazing restaurants just around the corner and uninterrupted beach views to Surfers Paradise to Coolangatta. Secure lock up 2 car garage is also very handy for storage as well. Unlike most of the places I have stayed before they have also put a lot of money into quality beds which make for a great nights sleep (leave the door open for the rolling waves to rock you to sleep as well).

I've just had the most wonderful 3 nights with my family, celebrating my daughter's 24th birthday, Eurovision and Mother's Day all in one perfect weekend, at this fantastic place. We spent breakfasts on our balcony looking out over the beautiful blue water, days on the gorgeous massive beach, afternoons on the tennis court or in the spa and evenings on the rooftop. Our apartment was spacious, clean and very well-appointed, even down to massive colourful fluffy beach towels for us all and fantastic big tvs with Foxtel (very important for watching Eurovision!) Our hosts were a dream, with Craig even scouring rubbish bins for us when we thought we'd lost our car keys down the chute. That was definitely above and beyond right there, and VERY much appreciated. I love that we were in close walking distance to the liquor store (right around the corner) and the best pizza place on the coast, Marie's Pizza (also just around the corner). Now that we've found it, we will be back! Thank you for a magic weekend 🙂

Just returned from a week here. Loved the location and the view. The property has pretty much exclusive beach front access.||||Few little issues resulted in a 3 star review. Firstly the key situation. You need 4 different keys to navigate around the complex. This is annoying and gets old after a few days.||||Secondly the pool and surroundings. The pools was freezing cold. Such a disappointment for the kids. Also the pool area is depressing and blah. Couple of dying pot plants and no trees. If you're keen on having a pool for young kids I'd not recommend these apartments.||||Having said all that the actual apartment was massive, exceptionally clean and very reasonably priced.||||Location is great. Property Manager couldn't do enough to help.||||Thanks again for having us!

Ive got same VERY BAD NEWS FELLOW GUESTS OR OWNERS, My parents owned a beach facing unit for 20 years OR SO.||️1 bedroom plus bathroom, 2 single beds.||️ensuite in main bedroom with private balcony.||️living room with balcony, open plan with kitchen and dining area. Access to secure locked garage.||We kept a Volvo underground for that apartment, so on our trips from Melbourne we didn't need to hire a car.||||manager in 1989-1990. I found out from my parents, the manager took classic our classic Volvo for a joy ride and he crashed it, my parents found out from friends and neighbours in the area.||||||Even the manager used our place for rent and told us its empty, he took the rent||Parents neighbour saw someone in our apartment which was opposite he told my dad there is someone in your place. ||||Change the locks to a smart lock, and you can temporary codes, if you buy a property here and install smart cameras hidden and connected to a sim card which sends to anywhere. Also install hard-wired 2 channel cameras for your car. Records even when car is off or if there is a slight bump.

Simply wonderful
Apartment layout was very homely and welcoming, generously furnished and equipped with practically everything you need.
Note body wash, shampoo & cond were the only lacking necessities but a quick trip to the shop fixed that😊

Fabulous hosts. Clean and spotless apartments. Handy BBQ always clean n ready to go. 50 metres fron tge beach great cafe around cirner right in bus stop. Nice walk to Burliegh for more cafes n restaurants. Recommend.
