This is terrible. Me and my family are staying in this hotel and I feel like I should sleep on the floor. The walls are super thin so my family can't have any privacy and the bathroom has mold. The price for me andy family to pay for this was a whopping $1,700. Booking.com had all the good reviews of this place but that is all fake. The TV has no remote, the instructions are nonsensical and I don't know why this kind of hotel exists. All I want to do is get out of here.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment. Very spacious, fully equipped and clean. Reception staff were polite and friendly. Shopping centre across the road.|Plenty of parking space.|Rooms were quiet.|Great pool and heated spa.|Great value for money.

Rooms were warm and inviting, not the typical cold motel room experience. Bathroom a bit small to maneuver in but otherwise a spacious room. Beds were comfy and receptionist was friendly. Would stay here again.

Room was very old and run down, nothing like the photos. Walk in to see cockroaches all over the floor and climbing the walls. No service at all in the room. Very disappointed, definitely not worth anywhere near as much as was charged. Was expected to clean the room when we left (not that it was clean when we arrived).

The property management team or service was really good. Very friendly. The location is really nice, specially the pool and the bay view. But I can not give any star to the room. Firstly, only living room has Air con and the sofa was bed was horrible.

Nice and convenient location on southern end of the Gold Coast. Quick walk to the Pines Shopping Centre (next door). You can tell when it was built that it was based on a Thai or South East Asian style resort from the 1980s. With the swimming pool in the centre of the Resort, from inside your room, you can hear people swimming and having fun in the pool. One annoyance was the curtains did not block out the outside security lights that shone all night, even when we clipped the curtains together with pegs - light shone through underneath and the sides.

To answer the owners question: We stayed in 15A. I didn't think I would have to ask to have our room cleaned when we are paying guests? Normally a room is cleaned before allowing someone to stay. And as for the paper thin walls, what could you really do? Instead of putting it back on the customer for not reporting your uncleaned apartment maybe just do the basics and try harder. Even just saying hello to the guest goes a long way!.
I think the nicest thing about the place was the lake and swan walking around.
The room wasn’t cleaned, the couch reeked of dust. When you sat down a cloud of dust emitted into the room. The bathroom was disgusting! The toilet had a miscellaneous brown stain spotted on the floor at its base, can only assume what that was! 🤮Floors were dirty throughout the entire place, didn’t take my shoes off. Paper thin walls, could hear the entire conversation next door. I felt like I had to whisper to have any privacy. They stayed awake talking and drinking till 2am. The lady at reception hardly even acknowledged us. Place always stinks of cigarettes when you come and go. Good location to the shops though and other local things. Signs in the unit saying keep everything clean and take rubbish away. What’s the point in staying at a hotel if you have to clean the entire room and take rubbish with you? Honestly save you money and pay a bit more and have a decent night sleep on a bed from this century.
