Always a comfortable stay. Apartment 26 had great views over the Coral Sea. 100 metres to the surf club with their great meals and metres from various bars and restaurants 👌. Never had a bad stay.

We stayed at unit 22 on the weekend.
Very disappointed.

We paid an additional $90 on top of an already expensive accommodation rate to secure an early check-in, as we have a baby and couldn’t wait around until 3 PM. However, when we arrived at 12 PM, the property was far from clean. The floors were covered in sand, the sink was leaking, and, to our absolute shock, we discovered a used crack pipe in a cupboard.

When we raised these serious concerns with the property manager, their only response was, “People do things.” Despite paying a premium for cleanliness and convenience, the only solution offered was a move to a different property in Surfers Paradise. With a crawling baby and all our belongings already unpacked, relocating was not a viable option.

This experience has been incredibly disappointing. Finding drug paraphernalia in a property where a child is staying is an enormous safety hazard, and the lack of care from the management is deeply concerning. For the high price we paid, we expected far better. I would not recommend staying here to anyone, especially families with young children.

Our family always spends time at Beach Palms, it’s so perfect! Best location, units have the views. Great, relaxing, friendly environment! Very clean❤️ thank you!

I stayed here for a few nights to be closer to work. It is well located, close to food options and the beach. It had that classic summer holiday vibe!

Nice room and facilities, can't fault the apartment complex 👍
However with the construction work outside, the road noise and the hammer drilling contractor in the building, there was little tranquility to compliment the balcony vista. Bring earplugs to help sleep, and walk to a beachfront park for peace n quiet. Be mindful if booking anywhere near a beach, ask about nearby construction as there so much in this area ATM. One star for location given due to impact of surrounding noise as at June '24.

Great room. Great location. Walk less than 60m to the local surf club from the rear of the property. Could have had better access for my elderly mum as the step down to the roadway was quite high. Good sized living area and huge balcony. Bathrooms were ok. All clean etc. but the exhaust fan was very noisy and didn’t work well so the bathroom became very steamy, which is a pet hate of mine. I would definitely recommend to anyone. Lots of variety for takeaway food also. We had a great stay.

It was in a good location not far from the motorway to the theme parks. It was clean and had a well working kitchen in the apartments. We stayed in Jan 2023 for 10 nights. We had 2 rooms, 21 and 26. Listening to the waves at night was so peaceful and wasn't overly hot with the light wind coming off the ocean. Julie the manager, was more than accommodating as we were travelling with a trailer and fitted our car and trailer in the car park.

One of the best views and perfectly placed in Palm Beach.

A very short walk to the beach, and you can see the flags from the apartment!

180 degrees views and so close to all the restaurants, cafes and shops!

Once you park your car, there is no need to use it again!

We stayed in Unit 27 which is the top floor, directly at the front facing the beach. You can hear the waves crashing and it is a modern, contemporary apartment.

It’s the best one in the complex and we will be requesting to stay here again!

The Manager, Julie, is amazing.
