Staying for 2 weeks with a Seniors Group two years running - could not have asked for better service. Staff were so friendly & professional, ample-sized meals always served hot and appreciated by everyone. The attention and care provided by the Receptionist was exemplary, as was the knowledge and ability of the coach drivers on local day excursions included in the package. Altogether, the best value & hospitality we have experienced in 10 years of group travel - thanks team!

Walk very reasonable price, was there 10 days pool was only cleaned once. No top stove , microwave etc. Can eat there if they have yours going. Otherwise have to eat out. We bought a hot plate to cook while we there. So called kitchen is the smallest I have seen.
However found the price we paid was definitly worth it. If you want all the accessories it's not there, but cost wise is well worth it. Also the shower was excellent.
Personally my partner and I would go back again.

Parents and family stayed here for many years but after their last experience they are looking at other places. Double charged on checkout , shower wasnt working , no kettle . Owner refused to listen to them just wanted money. Charge backs via bank took 3 months of stuffing around for something that could have been resolved on the spot . Previously had good experiences here , unfortunately not this time.

Excellent location with clean, well equipped rooms. The strongest shower I think I have ever had. The staff are absolutely amazing - a big shout out to Dawn, Tracey and Aleisha who ensured my stay was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they always had a smile on their faces. Will not hesitate to stay again if I visit the Gold Coast again.

When we arrived at 2.30pm (check in was after 2pm) sign said Reception was closed at 10.30am 6 days a week. No one around to give us a key. Another guest asked if we had towel in our room and I told her we couldn't even get in, she entered a code in a lock box for me to get my key.||None of this was told to me prior to arrival. ||Had a letter that stipulated no basic services are available.||There was no utensils, no toaster, no towels, no WiFi.||The fridge was open and the freezer had major ice build up and door wouldn't close and the seal was broken. We had to buy an esky and Ice just to have cold water and milk.||The fan and air-conditioning unit had dust and mould. It looked like it snowed with dust from the fan when turned on which was not good for 2 asthmatics.||There were several other issues but I don't have time to write a novel. ||To sum it all up. It was not a nice stay at all. Definitely not worth the money. LOOKS NOTHING LIKE WHAT'S ADVERTISED. A local backpackers looked better.

We Checked into our room and walked back out ten minutes later . The room was disgusting. Very outdated and in severe need of repairs and maintenance.I do not think anything could really make a difference other then a complete guttering of the place and begin again .Dust was over everything . Carpet soo old and stained. The main bed had a sink hole in the middle of the mattress and the single bed sheet had tears in it. The air conditioner was old and filthy with damaged shutters. literally any air coming out of it would of been questionable to anyones health. The view of the pool was decorated with a couple of empty booze bottles on the lawn . To be honest Im also disappointed with booking.com for advertising this dump without reviewing because I now have doubts on the type of quality they are booking for people who use their site and rely on there sources. Absolutely appalling and after all that .lost all our money with absolutely no compensation at all totally spoilt our weekend away we had to spend more money on other accommodation .

Garden room was good compared to the rooms at the front of the building. The rooms are dated but adequate enough. Beds clean and reasonably comfortable. The internet is woeful with little to no service. Parking is problematic, I had to park in the adjacent parkland which I wasn’t comfortable with as I had a fully loaded car and was concerned re security. The property is by no means a resort, this claim is false and misleading.
