Excellent service, can't fault, friendly staff. Travelling with a caravan, we needed a place with ease of parking, this was part of why we chose Northshore Pet Resort. Would definitely choose them again if we were in the area again.

I just want to say thank you for taking such good care of Turbo. When we picked him up he was clean, happy and looked so well looked after. Also thank you for being so vigilant and noticing he had a sore ear. Calling us while we were away to check to take him to the vet gave us such a good feeling knowing he was in the right place. This was his first boarding stay and we are so grateful to the whole team that we have finally found a home for him to go when go away. He had done 4 day care days to get him ready for a stay. From my very first email/phone call to you I cannot express how wonderful you have all been. Turbo loves people but unfortunately not other doggies but you totally understood our needs for our beautiful turbo and you REALLY listened and made it happen for us to give turbo a home away from home. Now we can travel as a whole family now no one has to stay behind as we now have a beautiful safe caring wonderful place to leave him. Thank you AGAIN from the whole Shore family 🤗🥰

Our pup attends the doggy daycare fortnightly and absolutely loves it. It’s a great opportunity for him to socialise and get used to the facility for when we go away and have to kennel him. Also very reasonably priced for the service. The photo updates are always heartwarming 😁

Igor had a wonderful stay. He is a very shy cat and anxious so we were concerned how he would cope He did struggle at first but the staff were wonderful. They called us when they were concerned and kept us updated as to how he was. They spent a lot of time with him and when we picked him up he was happy and in a great condition. Will definitely use Northshore Pet report going forward.
