I returned to Nancy's after some time away and unfortunately had a disappointing experience.

The massage technique itself was good, but the session was frequently interrupted. The therapist had to answer multiple phone calls (including taking one call while continuing the massage) and attend to walk-in customers about gift vouchers and bookings.

Additionally, they accepted a 3pm walk in appointment when my session was scheduled until 3:10pm, which cut my massage short. While my booking was for 60 minutes, the actual hands-on time was closer to 40 minutes due to these interruptions and then accepting the walk in customer.

I understand Nancy was on leave today, which may have impacted the service quality. While the therapist's technique was skilled, the constant interruptions did not make it an enjoyable experience.

A friend was raving about the massage he had with Karn so a couple of us decided to go and experience her magic hands (and feet) for ourselves. I cannot recommend Karn highly enough. She instinctively knew what was in need of a good pummeling and she didn’t hold back. I had the bes, most intense and powerfully healing massage of my life. Karn has a special gift and clearly is an incredibly experienced and talented therapist but the level of care and attention to detail that she brings to the massage table is second to none. If you have aches, pains, knots and stiffness that can’t be cured make an appointment with Karn for a massage you will never forget and results you will never imagine possible. She is a natural born healer with a heart of gold. Thank you so much for looking after us today Karn.
