Booked a 45 minute dramatic Russian set of lash extensions on the 2nd of January at 10:00am. I had work at 11:00am so I decided to arrive early at 9:45am so the girls would have more time to do my lashes even though it should’ve been finished at 10:45am. The “lash tech” sat me down and asked what I was after and I explained to her that I would like 14D D curl 10mm,11mm,12mm cateye. As a lash tech you’d think they would know what I was talking about but she kept saying that she had 14mm lashes but it took me around 10 minutes to explain to her what 14D was. She finally understood but all they had was 7D lashes which was fine as I personally am a lash tech so I know that Russian volume would be achieved with this. Unfortunately I booked for Anita but she walked out of the salon and had another lady do my lashes. But this other lady took 20 minutes trying to find lash tape so this was eating away at the time. She finally found the tape and started doing my lashes. Anita finally arrived back and swapped and started doing my lashes after a while I asked her what time it was and she said it was 11:23am. I told the girls before hand that I had work at 11:00am. I then told her that I had to leave to go to work and she said that the set will be done in 5 minutes so I sat and waited when I opened my eyes they were no where near Russian volume they were more like natural hybrids and on closer inspection I had lashes glued to my eyelid and lashes glued on multiple of my natural eyelashes and not even every single lash was glued with a fan. I still had to pay $140 for a Russian set that wasn’t even Russian. The following day I had clumps of lashes falling out and I can’t go for a fix up as I work 9-5:30 when the hours are open at beauty hub. This is just absolutely upsetting having to pay $140 for something that isn’t even what it’s supposed to be and it’s took them 1 hour and 30 minutes to do pretty much half a set of lashes. During this service they kept opening my eye causing the fumes of the glue to go into my eye causing immense pain and they pocked the inside of my eye with the tweezers also making a lot of pain where I had to go to the eye specialist and get it looked at and I had to use thick eyedrops daily to help with the pain. A refund would be great otherwise this will go into legal hands for false advertising and pain and suffering causing me not being able to work.

I had a great experience at Beauty Hub. The staff are so professional, friendly, and happily listened to my requests. The service was extremely quick and well priced. So happy with my eyebrow threading and will be back every month!

I normally go to classic eyebrows but was in a rush so tried here and regret it! The girl doing my eyebrows was okay but I wouldn’t go here again - feels like a dishonest business
1) no mini eyebrow massage as advised on the sign
2) Was charged a 2.7% surcharge with absolutely no warning or advice (didn’t see until it showed on statement). Used a master card debit so this is ridiculous! Will be going back to classic eyebrows next time!

Sorry to say really bad service. While doing lash extension she use too much glue , which later on hurts eyelid alot. Such a horrible job. Sorry alina your place need better lash technician who knows how much lash to apply and need size variations to give natural look, not same sizes all over. Very wrong way to apply glue..

Got at the shop at 5:15 as it says it closes 5:30.
Drove 30min to get there and struggled to find parking. The lady said she won’t get my eyebrows done because she leaves at 5:20.
So I asked what time the shop closes she said 5:30 and repeated that she leaves at 5:20. Despite me explaining the pain to get there in hope to see if anything would be done she didn’t care. Last time took me 5 min so I assumed I would have enough time.
Please owner either update your closing time or make sure your employees can cover your business hours so people do not waste they’re time.

Staff are sooo professional and soo friendly. Love the atmosphere though. Shout out to my fav Tittu❤️ thank you for making me Lookie fly with my lashes and neat eye brows. Always coming out of the hub happy!!🥰

Longest wax job I’ve ever experienced painful and unprofessional. I still have hair in most places. So devastated to see spots been missed on my legs and Brazilian. Expensive for what I received.
