My wife had her nails done Thursday 16/1/25 Infill and shellac, worst job ever infill okay but shellac disgraceful, thick bits and thin bits, went in to ask them to rectify and was told this is how opaque polish looks, needless to say I went elsewhere and had it rectified, stay clear of this shonky nail place

Wouldn’t go back here - staff were rude and unfriendly. The pedicure water was ice cold when i asked for warmer water i got told no.

Even 1 star is to much for this visit.

The WORST experience at a nail salon in my life. I asked her to stop scrubbing my legs because it was painful and she kept doing it. There was nothing used on the bottom of my feet to remove any skin and I left with skin patches still on my feet, which is really a disgrace when you’re going into get a pedicure and have your feet look and feel renewed. The staff were not friendly and would never reccomend to anyone to go to this nail salon. I should have read the reviews before going because there are way too many 1 star reviews so everyone must feel the same way.

They were super fast and very understanding with what I wanted. They are super cheap and reasonable. They were all wonderful staff.

We had a terrible experience attending this salon for bridal prep. Myself, MOH and 2 young flowers girls booked appointments in advance for shallec nails and pedicure + a pamper for two flowers girls (nail and toes).
When booking an appointment for a special occasion for 4 you would like to think all treatments would be done at the same time, this was not the case and the two flower girls were left for 30+ minutes and constantly told to sit still. At the end of their treatment so much polish was applied it would take days to dry. Both young girls walked out with smeared polish and a terrible experience and charged full price!

MOH had her fingers cut and were bleeding (a simple step was missed) and her concerns were brushed off. This resulted in an infection.

Private conversations between myself and friend were listens in to with inappropriate questions by the staff member who was responsible for the treatment then he continued to snap and get angry and the young flower girls.

Such a waste of money and such a terrible experience for bridal prep leaving a sour taste in our mouths. We will not return.

Worst experience and the nails look disgusting. I wanted a design on big toe. Wasn’t happy as it was smudged, wonky and just disgusting. I spoke up about it and they tried re doing it but even worse. I still said I wasn’t happy about it and they still charged me full price. Their nail colour book is so old and lots of colours missing, chairs are old and peeling. Go else where.
